I worked with the insole stores customer service to find a produc that would be best for my condition. The lady I spoke with was very kind and made sure all of my questions were answered. When I placed my order, it was shipped out about an hour later! Delivery was quick! I couldn't ask for any better service this day in age! Thanks so much, I will definitely be recommending this website to everyone!

“STAY AWAY- Store Does NOT Stand by Quality of Shoes it Sells”

I DO NOT RECOMMEND TheInsoleStore. I give them ZERO STARS. I ordered a pair of Vionic Midi Slip On Sneekers in the same exact size of their shoes I have worn for years in different styles. I had no reason to not know this Slip On Sneeker was of poor quality fit. The tongue material bunched up 2 inches below the top of the tongue creating a bumpy wave across the sneeker in the area highlighted in the enclosed photo. The design of the slip-on style was odd fitting. I recommend buying direct from the maker of a product who stands behind their merchandise vs. a seller like TheInsoleStore who refuses to take back a never worn shoe in pristine condition when the reason for the return is that the design of the sneeker is faulty causing it to bunch across the sneeker which looks weird. A store that does not stand by their product, whether it is on sale or not, is not one I would recommend doing business with.

I would not buy from this company. When I finally got my order it was the wrong size. When I wanted to exchange it, not get a refund but exchange them, they told me I would have to pay for shipping to send it back to them. If it's not my mistake why should I have to pay? So much easier just to get it local retail and it's roughly the same cost.

Best insoles best insoles ever have been wearing them for 10 years wouldn't use any other make the difference when you have shoes with no one souls or basic ones that come with the shoe switch him out for these insoles you won't regret it

Shoes were fine but had to return them; just didn't work for me. But first: no confirmation email, so had to call. Was told that it wasn't sent 'because of the holiday' - no autosend? But that it would be sent; it wasn't. Called again - no email. So: to return them, had to call AGAIN - and of course was cut off and had to call back. Finally was sent an email, had to click a link to find and print a form only to learn that there is no return label. None. So had to make my own... will never order from this store again. Ever.

The online site looks great, assortment, brands, quality, price and ease of ordering. However, my 1st and last purchase! I suspect verified consumer reviews are fake, false or filtered. 1st order Jul 1, received Jul 11, return at my cost received 7/17 with reorder of an upgrade item, to date I have not received product Aug 8. I understand from East Coast (NC) to West Coast (CA) maybe some delay, however not acceptable.

I called their customer service telephone number and got a boat load of advertisements (each about 1/2 minute long) forcing me to have to listen to the whole lot and never being able to get in touch with a customer service representative. Way to manipulate people. Wow!!

I utilized this site's "reorder" button for insoles that I had previously purchased a number of times from this website. This button does not work because it pulled an address that I had not used for nearly 2 years. I noticed the error after ordering and called customer service immediately after placing the order. Customer Service blamed me for the error regardless that their reorder button entered the wrong address and informed me that the insoles already shipped and that they would not resend the order to the correct address. Horrible customer service! Don't purchase insoles form this store, it's not worth.

Horrible customer service. Bought sandals, wrong size & not enough support. Went into chat session where I got no answers - just links. Bottom line, I will be charge $38.82 to return a pair of $45 sandals. This is a highway robbery. You'll find that chat is "not permitted" to quote charges you will get but only wants you to buy something else & still not tell you what you will be charged. Buyer beware!

Returning an item is horrible. I ordered some sandals there and while one pair was good (Vionic), the other one felt like cardboard (Spenco) and had to send it back. They charge you back for the "free shipping" they promote and you pay the return shipping in addition to that. Plus a return processing fee. Never shopping there again!
