I love shopping from the Iconic! I love that they provide free shipping over $50 (which is very easy to achieve), and that they also allow for free returns. This makes online shopping so much easier because I can easily return/exchange items that don't fit me well, without having to pay for extra shipping. Shipping times are really fast (takes less than 3 days). I also love their website, everything is so clearly displayed and organised! Their customer service is amazing, and I always love shopping from there. Most items on the Iconic are quite expensive, but they always have great sales to reduce the prices a bit!

Tip for consumers:
Make sure to keep on the tags + packaging of the clothes when you first try them on - that way, if it doesn't fit, you can easily return it.
Clothes without tags or not in its original packaging cannot be returned.
