I purchase a bird bath in May 2019 after confirming with this company that it was frost proof. They replied that all their goods only carry a 3 month guarantee, but there is nowhere on their website that this appears. I have just received this message from them:- AGAIN THANK YOU FOR YOUR EXTREEMLY THREATING AND KIND WORDS IN THIS CURRENT CLIMATE. MAYBE YOU SHOULD FOCUS ON THE HUNDREDS ON EXTREEMLY HIGH FEEDBACKS WE HAVE INSTEAD OF THE HANDFULL OF NEGATIVE ONES FROM PEOPLE LIKE YOU. YOUR THREATING BEHAVIOUR IS DISGUSTING. THE WARANTEE HAS ENDED ON THE ITEM, THIS WILL NOT CHANGE WITH YOU EMAILING CONSTANTLY HAVE A LOVELY DAY! I would have given them no stars at all.
