The Guitar Factory

I ordered a 3/4 size ibanez classical guitar for my daughter and had a few questions. They responded immediately both online and via telephone. Very friendly and helpful. Recieved the guitar within 2 days. I'm happy with the product, service and communication.

I Purchased a guitar on the eBay site. It arrived and was not opened as it was a gift. Upon receipt of the gift, it was discovered by a professional luthier that the neck was warped, and the guitar was not playable. And not repairable. Without a total neck replacement, which actually cost more than the guitar itself. Upon contacting Guitar factory they have been no help whatsoever basically telling me that they are a Chinese based company and cannot honor the warranty because I didn't contact them as soon as the guitar was delivered. I did contact them as soon as the defect was discovered but they refuse to make good. I just wanted an exchange of products and even offered to pay for the shipping. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY Unless you just want a pretty wall Decoration because it is NOT a musical Instrument that can be played.
