So happy with this tent. It really helped me out on Thanksgiving because it was actually raining outside. But the tent kept us dry, the heater kept us warm, and the lights kept us talking all night for an amazing night with amazing friends. Thank you Mike for the fast shipping, and awesome quality tents. Your recommendations were perfect! By the way it was very easy to set up, just like you said. Only took us 45 minutes.
I am thorougly upset wtih this company. We ordered a tent which is meant to be placed outside of a school so the children can remain outdoors as much as possible in rainy weather. We ordered it and after more then a week, all of a sudden we get a credit back and a cancellation of the order. We have since written, phoned numerous times and noone has bothered to get back to us. Really disappointed - rated #1 in customer service, I'm not sure how possible.
I got no return call or email after several tries with phone calls and messages to customer services. Order just arrive almost a month of order.
We have been trying to order this product for over 2 weeks - have left numerous messages at sales, returns, every option your message says to click with no return call. Finally went to internet to see if you had live support where I was able to get answers needed prior to ordering. Good thing we preserved or you would have lost out on a sale. I understand busy but clearly this is a customer service or should I say lack thereof! Perhaps I should apply to make return calls to potential customers so return calls could be made within 24 hours or less - again it has been over 2 weeks and not even a peep from your company....
It took 3 attempts to get the order right.
I had a very hard time getting to talk to someone.
Trying live chat got me no where,there was no answer.
As for your award winning customer service, I finally got someone to answer the phone, after calling everyday 3 or 4 times a day for about a week. And yes, things went will after I got John on the phone. John, thank you for your help. As for the product, we are very happy with the tent that we purchased.

Th website crashed when I originally tried to order on 4/6/19.
Because I used the PayPal option to pay, there was a delay in the shipment and delivery of the order. The system should be improved or do not offer PayPal as a choice.
Website would not accept credit card. I switched from Safari to Firefox, dont know if that had something to do with the successful purchase. Also I called the phone number to order and got an automated message rather than a person. Hopefully the Shipping is prompt and the product is awesome. Rob
I was unable to contact your company, either by chat, phone, or email, for several hours. With this level of customer service, I am concerned about the level of future customer support.
I wouldn't recommend this site. They were great at taking my order and shipping right away, but they have a strict return policy, no exceptions, even if you don't open the box. My suggestion would be to shop around or go to a place like $#*!'s Sporting Good's store, more flexible and better priced.
It has taken over 2 hours to have anyone get back in touch with me. I hope the product is as good as I think it is. Thank you
