They were amazing... They knew exactly what I needed for my store during the pandemic and got me equipment when everyone else was out. Then they made sure to get it to me fast and without any problems. None of my workers contracted Covid despite working as essential workers in close quarters and I believe its because of the air purifiers I got from them. All during the process, it was easy to get in touch with them and speak to an actual person! I highly recommend them!

Found Tri State Air on Google & took a chance to install my ductless air conditioning systems on the second floor of our private home. He took the time to think thru the best way to install the units we wanted & also found us the best value. He was very timely with his responses & completed our job in 2 days although the estimate was 2-3 days. The job was completed very neatly & professional. I recently ordered a new pricing gun... the store brand. It is a 1 liner. I was surprised at how small the labels are for this gun but the print on the label once made is very nice. My staff is very happy with it as well. We plan on ordering a second one soon. The price compared to monarch is much less to one we purchased several years ago.
