I ordered 22 overnight bags for my employees. They shipped 1 and then told me I had to contact the shipper to find out where the remaining bags were. I told them I did and the shipper (UPS) told me they only shipped one box which weighed 3 lbs. I looked at the tracking number I received from Frye and that was accurate. It showed 1 box weighing 3 lbs. I then emailed this confirmation back to Frye and I received this response. In their response, they claim I should have purchased some sort of shipping insurance, which was never offered, and they were not responsible for damaged or lost items.
The items were never shipped, yet they claim they are not responsible. This was a $10,000+ purchase they never shipped. That is fraud and this company is garbage. I called my credit card company and they cancelled the transaction. So, at least I won't be charged.___________________________________________________________________________________
