I ordered 2 x Carpet Cleaners from the company, never arrived so I sent three emails, no reply so I phoned and spoke to one of the staff who said "the items are out of stock, I will ring our suppliers to find out a delivery date, and I will ring you back immediately". I had no phone call from them. I had to open a case with paypal to get my money back.
I purchased a water filter for my fridge from here. As it's "cheaper" than most all websites but still not cheap. Received the item quickly n it's a defective non working item. Wrote them for an exchange n the email is invalid n no other way to contact the company! Straight scammed! I'm so mad cuz these filters are not cheap!
