My 15 year Battle with The First Group Dubai?
Fifteen Years ago in 2008. We where excited about a property viewing trip to Dubai. We were to look at an investment Opportunity in a First Group Development called "The Bridge" a mix of apartments and commercial property in the new and exciting Development called "Sports City" Dubai.
We were picked up at our hotel and driven over to "Sports City" We arrived and were showed a building which was just breaking ground. Their sales woman proudly stated "That's your development The Bridge" The Sales woman went on and gave us some amazing figures with a two year completion date and 12% ROI 20% Capital Gains over 5 years Wow!
Sale obtained by Deceit! We signed the contract and after some time. We learned That "The Bridge" Development had never even been started? So what was that structure we were taken to see? The amazing returns never Happened! All we got was more and more harassing phone calls for money on a project that hadn't even started "Scary Stressful Times"
Eventually recently after many years we reached an agreement to move our investment over to an apartment in Yasmin Village development all our funds were transferred to this new investment. We signed their "Sales and Purchase Agreement," but noticed they had imbedded their Notorious so called "Wealth Builder" contract into the Purchase agreement. Put Simply and most people know by now The Wealth Builder is simply a "Claw Back" in the contract where you effectively sign everything back over to them. Never, never agree to Wealth Builder as many, many distressed First Group Investors will tell you.!
We declined to sign "The Wealth Builder" which we were under no obligation to sign and they "Defaulted once again" vanishing once again with our Stolen Funds.
If you are thinking of investing with The First Group Dubai "THINK AGAIN!". They are a corrupt organisation who will SCAM you and Steal your borrowed money. My 15 year battle continues!

Here's an analogy of what transpired over the last 3 months...
Upon reaching the highest level locally, TFG called us for a meeting to resolve the numerous issues.

1st meeting: The appointed person dealing with us portrayed an intent to resolve the multiple long-pending issues. Many points were agreed upon and it all seemed innocent just like sheep.
2nd meeting: The back-tracking started and it was like V.R (virtual reality) - we could almost see the docile sheep losing it's woolen coat.
3rd meeting: The sheep disappeared and it was the big bad wolf once again.

So, it turned out to be more of the same. Check online for more reviews from REAL investors.

Fraud business and not understood how ambassador promote such schemes in India... to be blacklisted... they entice persons to enter in to their investments and fraud mediocre people with initial investments of 7 lacs INR... actually the persons introduce you with similar nationality guys and die hard they make persons to enter in to bogus agreements and make them to pay non returnable 7 lacs initial investments in THEFIRSTGROUP... they search black money investors usually as they know INDIANS not many are crorepatis... so they target middle class persons and make them lose 7lacs atleast initally as they cant go up to 3 crores investments... Indian ambassador endorses such type of company... Sad to note... stay away from such people...
