We know First Group as an excellent company with a lot of interesting developments in various places in Dubai. At the moment - with pandemic all over the world - times are very challenging. Nevertheless they achieved also during these times a really solid revenue. Customer Service, especially Ms. Doa, does a perfect job in communicating with us and giving support for any questions. Therefore five stars over all are undoubtedly justified!
I trust TFG as a company is working diligent and honest. Since I and my wife purchased a hotel room, the company has honestly kept the promise and shared the rental income based on the agreement The company has been good to my family and the TFG employees are so friendly and work in professional way Big up!
I have sent emails over two weeks ago and no one has replied.
Also my certificate expires on 17/02/2023. However I can only book dates upto 31/10/2022. I need someone to reply to my emails and communicate with me. Why can't I book beyond October when my certificate expires in February 2023
Nothing. Because I am being forced to travel at a date not convenient for me.
Firstly we were told that we go for a presentation after that we have dinner and 2 night accommodation. We for there and they gave us the presentation and it was fine. But they wanted us to sign immediately I don't know them. I can't pay money based on what they tell me and without doing research. I felt they false advertises the prises so that we can go to their offices. I was not happy with that.
I would not as ita nor value for money. I would rather do it via a travel agency
I wanted to book extra five days. Without the same set of sighting seeing experience as the first five days. Seems impossible.
The experience
I received a call when they advertise. They help me when i lost the email and send me the account link. After i add me preferences i recwived ean email that someone will contact me in 5 business days but no one does. And i have no clue how to follow up. How do you want me to rate the experience in a survey before completing your task!

Your seller bush me to buy the future and I could not have an experience to rate your services yet. So, I think you need to change the evaluation process time until the end of this trip.

What was discussed and promised verbally was not delivered until we insisted and finally with reluctance they consented.

Janal and Djalil does Not deserve to be managers in my humble opinion period. They were rude and very unprofessional and must not mixed business and their feelings about what's happening in the world. Whoever Leila was super nice, knowledgeable and focused.
I can’t recall her name but she was in the lobby, and urged Janal and Djalil to stop their BS. That they are out of line, she was apologizing but it wasn’t her fault and didn’t have to.

Good package however unable to find any contact numbers and unable to speak to anyone. Promised a call back on several occasions but no one called despite saying it was urgent as i had my flight tickets on hold awaiting your assistance. Overall Unhappy! TO DATE NOT RESOLVED

Found it to be a good package
When we registered we were advised that this information session will be for 2 hours. It took 5 hours out of our previous time in Dubai. We were informed we will get a voucher, only to find out we had to spend money to redeem the voucher.
The sales person Rawat was good but it was too long process and even after we mentioning that we had to be somewhere, it took too long.
I would invest but not anymore.
Room for more improvement. It's quite understandable sales agent need to make sales but don't be aggressive about it.
Quite aggressive behavior and not enough time to make decisions.

انا لو اعلم ان هناك سيكون عرض اخر بمده مفتوحه انا لم اكن لا اشترك بهذا العرض المحدد المدة و خصوصا انه تم عرضه علي في شهر رمضان و بعدها الاعياد و الجو عادة حار في دبي، لا احب السفر لدبي الا في شهر فبراير او مارس اما شهر ٤-٥-٦-٧-٨-٩ فهذه اشهر حاره جدا

It doesn't give me an option to select for 2 Adults, 4 kids. Also the dates can't go beyond Dec 22.
