Suporte extraordinário, dado pelo Sr. Said Darghan e uma plataforma simples e interativa.
I will prefer a more responsive followups from team, mode of communication is great but the gaps are too much leaving me to do most of the follow ups when the due processes has not been completed.
Happy with the activities, type of hotels and the added services of visa and travel insurance.

Since taking out my holiday package last year in October, I have not made a booking and wanted to make a booking over the weekend but was told to contact again on Monday. I requested for the person to escalate the issue through email and requested to be contacted, but up to now, no contact from First Group
