I ordered a bird that had a 12 week estimated delivery time. I am over 23 weeks into that now, and every email gets an automated response only. They won't answer the phone & they won't answer emails. I looked on the Better Business Bureau and there are tons of complaints. I learned there that they have a very strict no refund policy. So at this point I just have to wait and see if I ever get a bird. One of the complaints was from someone who had an original eight week lead time and it had been over a year.

I ordered two blue lovebirds on 9/11/2020.
I was given an estimated time of arrival between 3 to 12 months.
I waited for 12 months and no birds have arrived.
When I ask on the website for assistance all I get are long emails that don't answer my question or help.
This is a scam and they have stolen from me.

I BOUGHT A BIRD Cockatiel FROM THESE IDIOTS AND THEY LIED SO MANY TIMES THEY SAID THAT THE BIRD WAS A BABY IN FACT IT WAS A VERY WILD! GROWN ADULT AND I DID NOT WANT THAT AT ALL AND THE BIRD WHEN I GOT IT TODAY ON 5/21/2020 BIT THE LIVING CRAP OUT OF MY THUMB AND IT'S STILL BLEEDING PLEASE PLEASE! PEOPLE IF YOU WANT A BIRD MAKE SURE IT'S HAND FED AND RAISED I MADE A BIG MISTAKE BUYING FROM THESE IDIOTS!
