Multiple communications via email for an address to return an item that was no where near what I ordered! They shipped the wrong thing twice! I just want my refund. I do NOT recommend this company.

247.00 for a refrigerator door that I don't have and they don't answer there emails how can they just rip people off in this time we are going through is there anyway to get money back or is it a loss
Ordered part on 8/1/22... they charged my card at time of order and now 4 mo's later cant get hold of them! When you go to the CONTACT US PAGE on their website... they are linking YOUR inquiry to dometic.com / who has NO affilliation w/dometicGUY at all!

NEVER GOT ORDER
They don't answer emails, no telephone. No way to treat customers. I bought a part by mistake, NEVER installed it, I sent an email as per their website instructions, that was 10 days ago, they say they will respond in 24 hours, NOT!
Appears as a good supplier, but not good at shipping or responding on status of order. Can't recover my funds. It doesn't allow you to cancel order!
Tip for consumers:
Your order will be confirmed as received, but never shipped.
Placed an order on 11/5/2020, emailed 11/11 asking for status of order---11/16 and still no response. Site continues to say "AWAITING FULFILLMENT". This guy sucks.
DO NOT ORDER PARTS FROM THIS COMPANY! ONCE YOU DO YOU WILL NEVER GET THE CORRECT PART AND YOU WILL NEVER GET A RESPONSE FROM THEM WHEN YOU ATTEMPT TO CORRECT/RETURN IT.

None! Wrong part sent and unable to return it due to unresponsive supplier. I wasted $105!
Company needs phone number. Ordered two day air and five days later no part. They have only updated once to say it was shipped. No way to tell where it is at. Another dealer next time.
