Awesome company. I highly recommend this company for your pets and furry friends. The management team was incredibly supportive through the exchange process. Super friendly, and high quality products... I can't recommend enough!
I ordered a Ruffwear dog jacket. It did not ship "next day" stated on The Dog Outdoors' website, so I asked to cancel the order as I needed the item fast. Dog Outdoors did not respond for days. When they finally responsed, I received a notice that the shipment had been initiated - it appears to have been initited directly from Ruffwear in WA state. The jacket actually shipped 1 week after I placed my order. Upon receiving the jacket, I emailed The Dog Outdoors to initiate a return - it's been more than 6 weeks and they have not responded.

It took forever to receive my order. The item was returned, as it was too small for my dog. After multiple unanswered emails and phone calls, I had to contact my credit card company to get my money refunded. Poor communication and a ripoff.
