I ordered a black jumper with love hearts on this jumper, which is beautiful and soft and well made. The red jumper is lovely to. Custom service is brilliant. I made a mistake and emailed them thinking it was another company. I'm truly sorry about this happening. I will definitely be ordering again. I ordered 3 jumpers all just as nice as the other. I had an issue with my original order after cancelling items out and paying by direct bank transfer, but JW's staff were very helpful in arranging a refund, emailing and even phoning back to ensure I got it in a timely fashion. The order spent some time in processing due to the busy New Year's period but shipped very fast with express post.

I ordered my skirt on 14 Dec and it arrived today (21 Dec). I live in the UK. I love it! Good material, beautiful fit. I am a UK size 12 on the hips but I don't have a skinny waist, more brick shape than pear. I'm a 14 upper body. I ordered size L. It fits snugly around my waist, no more mine pies or it won't fit for Xmas. I'm super happy with it. It's classy! Would use Chicwish again.

Ordered 3 tops, kept 2. Price is ok, quality so so. Very pretty prints. Return not worth the effort.

My dress was really pretty & looked just like the picture! I'm a smaller girl so I would say make sure your measurements are correct if you want a tight fit!

I recently made 3 different purchases here. Two only took a few days to arrive. Another took a little longer (sent by a third party), but his excellent customer service tracked him down within a few hours after I wrote to ask them. Another package was missing an item, which is being shipped again without asking questions. All items (dress, sweatshirt, shoes) looked as good as the photos online. Customer service was courteous, efficient, friendly and professional.
