This is an excellent site - one of the best for finding out about bands that aren't well-documented, and the information on the site is very accurate. From the old 'zines that get scanned in every few weeks to the region-specific band lists, all of the hidden gems on some of the rarest compilations pointed out and described, the Corroseum cuts to the chase and provides the important and interesting information that a fan would want to know throughout the various sections of the website. To top it all off, the page offers free digital compilations for download of some incredibly rare heavy metal treasures. An amazing resource that I check out at least 2-3 times a week.

Used to be a fantastic forum for Metal discussion among hardcore collectors, outlining very in depth information, details and specifics but between Dan continuously allowing the site to go down due to poor maintenance and long term members at the forefront of the modern scene like Glockose / Avenger / Keir / Sovdat no longer active it's become a barren place filled with boring list threads that have been done a thousand times over.
