Merchandise gets shipped from CHINA and tracking is thorough a Chinese company were everything is in Mandarin (Chinese). Second fishy aspect is this "tracking" website never works. After a whole month of waiting I got the package which was basically the shoes inside a plastic bag WITH NO SHIPPING LABEL. Obviously that package DID NOT CONTAIN the shoes I paid for. The only way you can return the merchandise is by sending an email. Yes, you are correct, THE SCAM COMPANY NEVER REPLIES TO YOUR EMAIL. Company gets away with it, they keep your money and give you in return a wrong item, which is basically Walmart quality type instead of what you paid for.
