I used my last samsung mobile for 7 years nothing happened it was excellent. Then i bought new samsung a33 from chennai mobiles.within two years the phone back case started coming off.

They sell 5000 rupees phone to 7500

We faced very worst experience with the branch manager of Chennai mobiles, Thiruvannamalai. I bought Pebble earbuds last month. I used 1 day only but it was not good. Very noisy and voice was not clear. So i called to that showroom, one employee told to me to come directly and they will change someother product. So i went their directly. One of the employee checked my earbuds and they also accept it was not working properly and another customer also already complained and returned the same product. But the branch manager was very rude, he was not accept the product return back. Because he is egoistic and very headweight person. They are not accepting their mistakes. He is not good to attend the customers. We are very surprising how the headoffice management selecting this kind of persons. If they permit him to continue his behaviour that branch will definitely close soon. Very worst customer service. Don't go anyone to buy products there.

I purchased a headphone from Chennai Mobiles, Vettuvankeni, Chennai for Rs. 600. It stopped working in 3 months. When I took it to them and asked for a replacement they refused to replace despite the product being in warranty. These people are absolute cheats. Never ever go to this place even if you have to buy an accessory for Rs. 100. I would like to actually rate them a -1 star or lesser but there is no such option.

I got a Vivo phone and samsung level u from Chennai mobiles. The phone does not have a headphone jack, basically the socket to insert your headphones. But it seems that it is a trend nowadays which I came to know while searching in youtube. But then why would a hear phone be given with a phone which does not have the hear phone jack in the phone box?. Not just that, the level u plays dongs as if it's heared from somewhere far in its full volume. I am soooooo sad. The guy who sold me this phone kept telling me the best features of this particular phone. I first thought of purchasing one plus phone. He told me to activate the warrany of the phone for which he has to open the box and put sim inside the phone. Then he took a sticker from the box and put it on some thing he had. I am sick of being fooled by all the people who sell me electronic and ther products which isn't in trend or is cheaper in rate or frauds like this. Please have some humanity. Everyone works hard to earn money and spend it on useful things to them. This is my hurt feeling towards the frauds. Please don't make fool of someone and work with honesty and integrity.

I think Chennai Mobiles can close all their centers as they dont have enough accessories & collections

I had gone to Chennai mobiles, near K4 police station, Anna Nagar to get a skin and screen guard for my phone. These people have a very nice tactic of applying the skin and screen guard before they bill you. These products are of really poor quality, unknown brands and yet somehow have exorbitant price value. The staff will then ask for payment by cash. Card payment won't be allowed because (smh) their machine is broken, invoice won't be given because their machine is broken. They will mostly say send me WhatsApp number, we will send invoice and yes, you guess it, they will never.

Do not go to this shop. Any shop which does not give invoice or have card payment is almost always committing fraud

Poor quality of customer relationship, tempered glass for mobile is worst fixing, quality of tempered glass not a standard, as a whole made a big mistake by purchasing the mobile from Chennai Mobile

I Bought with Ivon ear phone on date of 6th June 2020, which got 6 months warranty, i trust and gifted to the person they got some issue in handfree which got some connective issue as well as some noise issue they are from hyderabad and they returned me to check once again, if i am checking also i felt with same issue, if i am calling to others it will be on hold or it will be disconnected lot of disturbance of noise it created very headache so i thought of returning the product which holds of warranty period of 6 months, i felt very bad response from your sales team and manager, customer satisfaction is not at all there, they are forced me to get back the product although product is not at all in a good stage, business ethics is not at all there, then after so much of conversation your team accepted there is a problem in the ear phones, they said 7 days it takes to replace it, they then they 2 days they can, today i got the call from your team they said come and collect with your product around 4:30 p, m, then i said please check the new product once and please let me know, then they again called me and they said come and collect the same product which i returned, they are saying no defect with out sending to the ivon customer care, i dont know how to deal this, its doesnt matter of money but you people should be responsible for delivery with good product. And please respect the people

I had purchased this product at chennai mobiles and the invoiced price was at MRP 2499/= After reaching home i just wanted to check its features online (as the content written on the box was too small for me to read) and i was shocked to see that the price online in many site were 1499/=
I called the store and they in turn asked me to get in touch with the customer care and gave their no. I called the customer care and after explaining the issue they cut the call. And i called almost 7 or 8 times after that but no one picked up the call. All this was between 3.30 and 5 pm.
Today i went to the store to give back the product. Initially, the store guy said i will take it back and checked all the items to be intact. But then he spoke to someone and said he can give a discount of 500. When i refused he asked me to speak to the customer care again. I spoke to them and they in-turn had a word with the store guy. They asked me to wait. I waited for almost an hour. And on insisting to get my refund, the store guy abruptly refused saying he can only give a refund of 500 as per instructions from his senior.
I agreed and and asked him for a copy of the bill so that i can register my grievance online. The store guy immediately said he cant give a new invoice or cash but asked me to take any product worth 500. The reason he gave was that it will create negative impact on the brand.
I was shocked and surprised that these guys consciously charge exorbitantly compared to the market and get away with it.
I don't know if i can go legally against them as the MRP printed on the box is 2499/= But i request everyone to check the price online before purchasing any product. A Rs. 1000/= extra for a product worth 1500 is exorbitantly high. And that's whats i'm against.

Please dont buy the product in chennai mobiles, There i have purchase the headset of Rs 600.00 with in 45 days the speaker not working, when i approah the chennai mobile koyambedu, There is very arragant guy and said his name is Arul Phone # *******000 telling that its a physical damage, so its clear they provide the produt which cant adop with our envoironment and very worst product, They will victimised the customer and said its a physical damage not covered under warranty period, When i contact the customr service *******345 they will reply thet will call you with in 30 minutes, But there is no response from the customer service, Here in mobile show room they clearly said they cant do anything and also telling that i need to prove that im not doing any damage, In front of god im saying that im not doing any damage, If you raise your voice they will threaten you, Better avoid this showroom, Tommorow they will provide arragant answers and also very poor customer service, Go for some other shop for your betterment.

Im happy if they file the case against me.
