57 and never exercised in my life. Being a bricklayer and playing squash was all the work out i needed. Got out of bricklaying, then more recently stopped squash (home/life reasons) I realised I was getting soft.
The Better Me app I found and subscribed (after a few months deciding if it was legit) and it's fantastic. The workouts are short and sweet. If I'm feeling motivated I do a second workout from the extensive extras list. My two daughters visited from Melbourne a week ago and three of us did chair yoga together. Awesome!

Overall I think CL is a valuable service. Especially for anyone who spends a measurable amount of money on supplements.

Provasil works great. I am very happy with this product. It helps me with my memory. It works great. Great product for sure.

I purchased this for the main reason that I hate taking pills and I can't be bothered remembering when to take them on a busy day. I mix this with my everyday orange drink and I don't know if that's a good thing but I've been getting good results! I read you can also mix over the original LumUltra pill so go give it a try. Over it gives me the mental push and support that I didn't think possible from supplements.

Horrible experience. Worst pain I've ever been through. Sent me home bleeding immediately after surgery, bled all the way down side walk and into car. It was like a twilight zone. They barely were done with surgery before they had me in a wheel chair taking me out the door. Not once did anyone warn me about how painful it would be. You are wide awake and fully conscious the entire procedure. It's been over a year and I am still numb in several spots. Not one person from this place ever checked on me. DONT GO HERE!

Looking around for some quality activated charcoal capsules and stumbled across vegishake. This review is for Baicalm from Liftmode. I originally planned to purchase the 2 main ingredients (Magnolia extract and the baicalein) separately as I prefer to have control over my dosing - however, upon doing the math the proprietary Baicalm formula actually works out much cheaper gram for gram than the individual ingredients, so I went with this instead.
The first time around I took 4 capsules and did not notice much of an effect, so I sort of wrote it off (it's worth noting that I wasn't particularly stressed that day). However The second time I tried it I was having a very stressful day and within an hour or so of taking 4 capsules, I felt much more grounded, at ease, and in a better mood. This experience has made me completely reconsider Baicalm and it's now one of my favorite supplements for acute anxiolysis.

Seams to give relief do not know if this is needed for life, kind of expensive, 4 pills is a lot. Thakns
