Claim Your BusinessThe Bella Bean has a rating of 1 star from 1 review, indicating that most customers are generally dissatisfied with their purchases. The Bella Bean ranks 218th among Kids Clothes sites.
I ordered Halloween outfits from The Bella Bean this year and was disappointed when two of the dresses were delayed significantly. When I reached out to The Bella Bean to inquire, I was shocked by the email I received from a customer service representative, whose response came across as condescending, aggressive and entirely unhelpful. This person stated "we think that you might be confused" and that The Bella Bean had shipped on time—suggesting that October 10 is the beginning of October—as promised. As these were jack-o-lantern dresses that could only be worn in October and were for two growing girls, I felt I had wasted time and money on these purchases. I imagine other customers in my shoes would've felt the same. From a customer perspective, a little bit of kindness and accountability, especially when warranted, would've gone a long way. I am a frequent customer of several other children's clothing brands like Smockingbird, Cecil and Lou, Smocked Auctions and others. Some of these brands have had shipping delays and handled these anomalies in a much more delicate, customer-centric way. I remain a customer of these brands. However, due to my experience with The Bella Bean's CSR team, I will not be a returning customer.
