Delivery without customer care

They delivered a large box with boots and a jacket at my front door. In plain site of the public sidewalk at is 2 feet away. With a huge THE BAY written in the box. In the early afternoon in a weekday. Needless to say… the box got stolen. And THE BAY suggested I contact my Home Insurance or the Police to deal with the manner: 0 I spent a good amount of $$$ for that purchase! Also, a box of that size: should require signature.
So… they are not willing to take responsibility for their poor judgement in delivering consume online purchases.
As far as I am concerned they are just another Sears or Zellers.
