I ordered a rug, received it today and what is supposed to look like a fire fighter is nothing more than a ink blob! When I asked to have it replaced, sent pictures so they could see, they told me it is exactly what I ordered. Absolutely NOT! No one would order something with a ink blob! Absolutely ridiculous

Do NOT order from this terrible company, their customer service is nothing but a robot telling you there is nothing they can do.. if you want to waste your money, just toss it out the window, it's all the same because the gift I purchased can't be given

Product came not as pictured at all and have been fighting weeks to get a return authorization. Photo on site shows stitched cotton comforter and polyester print material arrived, not at all a comforter.

My mailing information clearly said Phoenix Arizona why did they send my stuff to Albuquerque New Mexico I really don't understand what's going on so who's to blame the alliance shop or the alliance shop I don't really know I asked him if they could even just upgrade my blanket to a California King and I have yet to get a response
I ordered a comforter set for almost $80.00. I waited 2 months for the shipment. When I got it, it was a cheap duvet cover that was not even close to what they advertised. I tried to return it right away. They wanted a picture of the shipping label. I sent it to them and they said that its been too long since I ordered it, even though it took them 2 months to ship! They offered me a 30% discount on my next order! I wish I could give them 0 stars! Please avoid this site at all costs. The BBB can't help me because this is a Chinese company. Please beware!

Same as all the others. Not a comforter, just 2 sheets sewn together. Overpriced and poor quality. Stay away from this Chinese jip joint! Buy USA!

I ordered curtains "Charleston chirp" which had birds on it. They sent me something different and refused to take them back. I sent them a pdf from their web site which depicted curtains with birds on it. They claim I ordered something else which I wouldn't have because the are ugly. Never again. Stay away!
