I purchased a 7-piece Helena Teak Outdoor Dining set online 17 days ago. My credit card was charged $3,583 immediately. I received an order confirmation but I have not heard anything since. When I check up on my order, their website say "invalid order". I have called 3 times, left my name and number and I have not received a call back yet. This company sounds like a sham.

When you see that, uhhhh think this site can be a scammer. If you buy 2 items, the price is almost the same...Too good to be real. Pictures shows in the website doesn't belong to them. Were taken from others websites

Ordered a pool cleaner and they have not delivered...sounds like a scam to me...they took my money no problem

Ordered Patrol boots for work on 30. Oct. 09, received confirmation that payment had been taken same day. Still waiting for boots to be despatched. Have sent 4 e-mails to enquire and complain with no response! Called customer support line and got recorded message asking me to leave my number so they can call back - Yes you've guessed it -3 days later and no call. Did get a sales/marketing e-mail yesterday! Will not use them again
