Easy, because I knew what I was looking for. I understand that bikes would have a shipping charge due to size, but I wouldn't advertise free shipping without that disclaimer up on the banner as well since you ARE a bike retailer. I like that you are willing to follow up (see question below).

Good only back order on the poles but I purchased early enough in the season for them to arrive in time.

I love shopping at the House. I just wish that there could be some special deals or "frequent customer" perks. Nothing major...maybe some stickers or just some deals on good merch.

Relatively easy to navigate the site. I'm a little unsure of the return policy, which is important since I've never purchased anything from The House and don't know what kind of quality to expect.

I called customer service to see if you offer a first time shopper discount. I am not familiar with your business and think it is too bad you do not, like most companies do. It seems you have some great products.

The products and deals were second to none! I really enjoyed browsing and seeing the features of each product. I would have appreciated if the aesthetics of the website were a little better, but overall I really enjoyed this site and will recommend it to my peers.

Disappointed that the 5% coupon code that was presented to me when a Bike I wanted was out of stock did not work on a different bike. Feel free to follow up if it's possible to do so, else no need.

I decided to buy myself things for the ski resort! I was just about to go skiing on vacation. I ordered a suit, the size fit right away, the quality is also very satisfied! I hope to wear with pleasure)

Great website. Super easy to use. Called your 1-800 number and the gentlemen was very helpful and answered all of my questions. He also gave me his personal recommendation, which I followed.

After several tries, I was able to find what I wanted. The back arrow on the website did not work, so I had to keep getting back onto the site.

My questions were answered via "chat" which was very helpful. Description of tube seemed to meet my needs.

Almost everything that my grandson had on his list was gone. I had hoped the sale prices were better.

Great experience, some of the Chamonix products didn't have any items descriptions which may have changed my mind on a few things, but good overall.

This is my 5th time ordering from The House and I love it but the only thing I would recommend is giving measurements of products that need it(bags, etc).

The website is laid out well. Easy filtering and experience. Lots of good stuff on here. I had some trouble with credit cards at checkout that I think was not my fault...

Very nice site. My only wish is I could filter on more than one item in a category. Eg multiple brands or multiple sizes.
