Online buyer for the first time of leggings from this website. I bought some to bite my ankles, as they have pockets, which are very useful for my phone. They feel so light and amazing, I just love them. The sizing guides were great as they fit my daughter and me perfectly. We will not be going back to any other brand now, I have ordered 2 pairs of leggings now in 2 different colors and it only took me a couple weeks to deliver.
I tried ordering my cart of a snowboard and bindings. I got charged seven times after receiving an error in my payment method? Now I have over 5k dollars of pending charges and I am forced to wait for the pending charges to drop as NONE of the charges even made an order. So now I can't even buy a board or boots from another website since my credit card is maxed out for the next three days. Get your guy's website fixed.

love the selection and the sales but sometimes it gives you a coupon because they ran out of something. its only like 5% but those coupons rarely work in my experience and thats a bummer.

The House has an awesome selection of quality products. So I went Christmas shopping online and they were offering 15% off on products over a certain dollar amount. When I went to check out, the discount did NOT apply to this product. THIS IS FALSE ADVERTISING. Please don't lure us into your sales only to find out…surprise…not really. I'm super frustrated with The House right now and will curb my spending there until they become a trustworthy store.
Tip for consumers:
Be careful on bing lured into their discounts. I was duped when they said 15% off products over a certain amount which my product qualified. When I went to check out, they said the discount code did not apply. I texted online with a sales rep and she tired to give me more codes to use. They all failed. She said sorry and could not do anything more. I had a poor experience with The House. The sad thing is I still bought the product because I couldn’t find it anywhere else. Grrrr!

I had asked for a list of all things I needed for my daughters snowboard. They said bindings but didn't' say I needed a specific brand. The call to customer service took over 10 minutes each time. They did send me a label to return it but now the sale is over and I had to pay $50 more to purchase the correct ones.
Did not have a medium size compression sack in stock, only large and small available. I would have liked a medium as well to take my cost over $50 so I could have had free shipping. My cost was $50.66 which included tax and shipping.
Free shipping, yay!!!! Although, returning items isn't the easiest experience. I feel you make it difficult so that someone might think twice about returning an item. Take note on Zappos and Amazon's return process. Supper easy with great customer service from these companies.
The email your company sent me had an incorrect Customer Service phone number. The website had the correct one and it was different by one digit.
I had to place a "replacement" order and they told me to refuse the first shipment when it arrives because they could not issue a refund for the misapplied coupon.

It's a very good experience except determining the sizing. The sizing chart I clicked did not show the corresponding number to my normal US shoe size. So I'm guessing I chose the right number for my size 8.5.

Shopping cart did not work in Chrome (on PC or Mobile) on Black Friday. Whoever updated for Black Friday is probably in big trouble. Had to use Firefox to place my order which is inexcusable in this day and age since Chrome is the #1 browser.
