Online buyer for the first time of leggings from this website. I bought some to bite my ankles, as they have pockets, which are very useful for my phone. They feel so light and amazing, I just love them. The sizing guides were great as they fit my daughter and me perfectly. We will not be going back to any other brand now, I have ordered 2 pairs of leggings now in 2 different colors and it only took me a couple weeks to deliver.

Now I have over 5k dollars of pending charges and I am forced to wait for the pending charges to drop as NONE of the charges even made an order. So now I can't even buy a board or boots from another website since my credit card is maxed out for the next three days. Get your guy's website fixed.
I SPENT FOREVER SHOPPING ONLINE AND MAKING MY CART AND ONLY DID SO BECAUSE I GOT AN EMAIL FOR 10 PERCENT OFF. UPON CHECKOUT THE CODE WOULD NOT WORK. There is a big message at the top of the main menu screen that says free shipping on orders over $50. However my order still had a 25 dollar shipping fee charged. Whack (hannibal burress voice). Don't headline something for everyone to see and then not fulfill.

First of all, I could not pay with my AMEX card, why not?? Took for ever to get the PayPal working!! I tried to change the address 3 times and it always went back to my old address. Terrible website...:(:(
Unhappy customer ordered an item that gave me an acceptable delivery date a week after they changed the shipping date and never gave me a confirmation on when it would arrive! I didn't try to contact them via the telephone and email and have been unsuccessful through both methods multiple times.
Let me say this is based on the online shop I cannot say what the actual store is like and hope they are a better experience. I bought skis online with bindings for a graduation/Christmas/birthday present. I use to ski a lot but had to let that passion go due to new babies and graduate school. My wife encouraged me to buy some skis and pick up my old passion because she is awesome like that. After finding what appeared to be bindings and ski combo that looked like a steal I bought them. Big mistake. After getting skis and a mangled box of bindings I went to the shop to get them attached. The first attempt the bindings did not have brakes. The second attempt the brakes were wrong. The third attempt the bindings were incompatible. After several calls to customer service I never once got an We're sorry or let me make this right. To say that I am disappointed is an understatement. I now have no skis and the season is nearly over. I have to reship the skis now and hope they are competent enough to issue a refund without issue. I cannot stress enough to never order from this company
Received all products. However my Christmas was ruined due to your website switching me from the Free Overnight to a paid ground service which I got after Christmas. My 12 and 10 year old kids were more understanding than I. I spent over 1k dollars and the level of customer service was a grade below a Taco Bell drive through. I called Monday morning when you first opened and 2 people said it was impossible for an UNSHIPPED order to be changed to the free overnight express. I did customer service for 10 years and I ran to the warehouse or called the warehouse all the time to change shipping methods...apparently The House doesnt do that. So...I will never use your company again , if I was your boss I would fire whoever lost a potential profitable customer over a load of BS.

Your advertising says free shipping over $50 sale. The bike is 109. And yet we were charged $19. Shipping. Not happy about that. This the 1 star rating.
Purchased this for my son 3 months ago, approx. 2 months in we noticed the paint was micro delaminating and surface rust (pitting) taking place. Now 3 months in to our purchase the bike is heavily pitted with rust taking away from the aesthetic of the anodized rainbow paint job. I contacted "The House" and explained the issue, an agent "Jordan" told me this was normal and anyone who knows BMX bikes recognizes this. He also stated that kids prefer this look and will purposely make it happen, its a preferred look. This is not a preferred look for us, we expected a finish paint job that would last longer than 3 months. Horrible product and worse customer service, stay away, purchase a HARO, we have one that is 10 years old and maintaining it's finish. My 13 year old saved and saved for this purchase only to be told - TOO BAD!

I bought two items ( lightweight tops). Keeping one, and don't like the look of the other one (didn't even try it on). So want to return it and the return fee is 20% of the purchase. This is a very lightweight, non-breakable item. Very disappointing..

The coupon section doesn't work as intended. I don't see a drop down menu for the free gear coupon after I placed my order.
Ordered snowboarding boots for my grandson before christmas. Order never received. I have tried so many times by email, online chat and calling. The online chat I keep getting timed out as I have been on hold so long. E-mail mentions nothing other than case opened. I have called and each time over an hour listening to music and hung up. I will try again this morning. Absolutely disgusted by the lack of response. I have rated one star but wanted to select none.

Make sure you have confirmation of order number and dont expect quick response if you have to contact customer services. I have been 2 weeks requesting information on an order that was not received.

2 hours on hold listening to the worst hold music on the planet- twice! Then 1.5 hours waiting for chat! Grossly understaffed and horrible taste in music - they want you to hang up. I called to check status of my order but they had no idea where it was. I was told only one person could answer where it was and that person was off - can't make this up!
I ordered a snowboard last year and it has been delayed for nearly 5 months at this point. Really shoddy service even if the prices are good. I would be more understanding if they gave an actual accurate estimate on the delivery date but they just keep pushing it back for months at a time which I think it unacceptable.
I started receiving individual components every other month at first but the board itself has still not arrived and every time it comes to the shipping day, they just move it back another month.
I would give them 2 stars because the prices are good but their website has a page of what seem like fake reviews because as hard as I tried I couldn't find a way to actually leave one. Their A+ grade with the BB should be downgraded.

I contacted CS twice, and chatted with a representative with no resolution to the issue I was disappointed with. Why have a coupon code if it won't work for the majority of items on the site? I spent a lot of time trying to get an answer. I would expect at least a little consolation. I'm not sure that I'll be back.
For a 1 oz item charging me $6.95 to ship is outrageous. I called the 800# but they said nothing they can do to reduce the shipping amount (I could ship for $1). Said they may do it for some people.
Ordered our son a snowboard for Christmas, we never got it. You will have to sit on hold for 45 min before you speak to anyone when calling the company. I've done it 4 times. When we finally got ahold of someone they told us it was sold out and basically we were out of luck. 4 days before Christmas we had to spend hundreds somewhere else, it's now 5 days after Christmas and we still have not been reimbursed from the house. Frustrated is an understatement
