This website/service was recommended to me by my old school photography teacher as an easy place to send off fill and have it come back developed for good Value. So me and my mother sent of lots of rolls of two different kinds with excitement to have them back quickly. It has now taken them over 6 whole months. This is completely unnacceptable. Over the months we have received various vague excuses but they are now hopefully going to send them back to us (still undeveloped?!?) along with compensation. How can you have the audacity to lose film for months and not be polite enough to call your customers to let them know and expect us to ring and harrass them every month or so. Completely unnacceptable and I don't think I've ever had a worse experience with any company.
