I ordered $79 worth of product online. The store shipped it out but it never made it to me. Was supposed to be 2 day shipping. The address was correct but somehow it never got here(tracking showed it stopped traveling at some point before it made it to jersey). I let the company know via email since you can't get anyone on the phone ever and they said "not our problem once it leaves here you need to take it up with usps". I said it was fed ex. They said take it up with FedEx. I took up with fed ex and they said the shipper had to put The claim in. By this time a month had passed. I finally had to dispute with my credit card company and got my money back. They don't return phone calls and they don't answer their phone. This was the worst experience I have actually ever had with an online business. They never even responded to my cc company when they were trying to figure out what was going on.

Tip for consumers:
Buyer beware, their motto should be the customer is always wrong. If there is an issue you are not going to have any help from their customer "service" (non).
