I just ordered 5 frames from webpictureframes dot com. I had some challenging pieces to frame, including two leather shadow puppets from Cambodia, some paintings on unstretched canvas, and several works in large or uncommon dimensions. The videos and customer service really saw me through everything. In a phone conversation with customer service, I learned about the appropriate amount of negative space to use for different artworks. I received and learned how to use special spacers, to keep the leather puppets apart from the acrylic surface to prevent risk of moisture damage. Framing is not something I have much experience with, but thanks to their resourceful help, I now have five valuable pieces framed and presented very nicely, in a way that the artworks deserve, on my walls. Highly recommended.
I had a lot of artwork I had to frame during the pandemic and I wasn't sure where to get quality matted frames online that shipped relatively quickly. I ordered two metal frames at first and the site was extremely easy to navigate. I received the frames in a week and the quality was extraordinary. The instructions that came were so easy to follow and the care in the packing was amazing. I had to get additional frames for other artwork, and Frame It Easy was top of the list to do the framing. I ended up getting 2 other metal frames and a wood frame. Again - extremely fast shipping - I received in a week. For hanging, they give you so much extra additional quality hardware to make sure your frames hang just right. Do not hesitate to purchase your frames from here. They are fantastic. Even during these harder pandemic times, they were very communicative and easy to work with.
The canvas floater I received from Frame Destination was great. They communicated that there may be a delay due to the current pandemic but there wasn't a delay at all. I received my frame within less than a week. The quality was top notch and the communication was great. I made a mistake while ordering in the system, and only caught it after the fact. I emailed asking if I could change the color, and a customer representative reached out within an hour and quickly remedied my mistake. Very happy with my purchase and customer service.
Aura is an excellent method for exchanging memories through photographs. It is simple to use, and the customer service representatives are great to work with if a problem occur.
I placed an order with them On Dec. 2010 and than cancelled my order and was told I would they would credit my American Express card. I placed another order on Jan. 2011 and after several months of them giving me excuses for delays I told them to cancel my order and credit my card. I have called and left several messages and no one returns phone calls. I was told one time from a supervisor that they would send me a refund check. Well, I'm still waiting for my check. Don't do business with this company. I want every one to know what a scam they are.
I did a lot of business with this company up until 5 years ago but semi-retired and hadn't needed anything until a few weeks ago. Placed the order, got a confirmation but no more communication. Tried the telephone but the phone just rings and rings and then disconnects you if you insist on waiting. Sent an email but no response. They have great products but the frustration isn't worth it.
This is a UK based frame making site that allows you to build and order custom or standard frames for photos or pictures. The interface appears to be professional and easy to use. It is an appearance only. This has to be the worst most user unfriendly site I've visited in years. Trying to order a standard size 10x8 frame with a mount proved virtually impossible. The frame that was sent was minute and even that was badly put together. Customer service seemed to be annoyed that I would complain about the very poor service. I would strongly urge you not to use these people.
We have been trying for over 2 years to get our product or money back. They do nothing but talk and offer hollow promises. Finally got fed up and have contacted the Ohio Attny. Generals office to see if something can be done on a higher level.
