I cannot emphasize how great the customer service was for my order. They had to special order the shirt and it would not have made it in time for the concert. They offered to refund me the order or priority mail it so I had it the day before. How could I pass that up! The shirt arrived as promised and it's perfect. In time to wash and wear! Well Done!
Site is great. But quality of product is soso. Graphics are nice but shirt runs small. Almost 2 sizes smaller and the length is short.

I ordered a large because I wanted to make sure it would fit my son who wears a medium but it seems to be more like a smaller medium size. Not sure it will fit him!
Ordered 2 different cheer dad shirts. Product looks great! Sizing was accurate. Took longer than expected to receive but could be covid related. Overall I am very satisfied with my experience and will definitely shop again.

I'm sorry you weren't happy with your shirt. In our experience, the Gildan tshirts run true to size. I'm not sure what happened with your order. However, we offer 100% satisfaction guarantee and free size exchanges. I wish you would have contacted us.

I've purchased custom t-shirts from this company twice now. They do a great job, ship fast, and immediately respond to any issues. I would definitely recommend That's A Cool Tee and will be using them again in the future!

Product was as Xscribe in the ad size was very good would order from them again.

My original order wasnt going to arrive by Christmas, so they sent me another order priority mail, which I did get. Not in time for Christmas. But that's ok. The delay in receiving both orders was the fault of USPS. Still haven't received original order. Was shipped on Dec. 7.

My order was sent to the wrong address. I guess when I put in my address it auto corrected to another similar address. I contacted That's's cool tee and they sent me another product to the correct address. Who does that? The only thing they asked of me was that should I get my original order that I send it back. Would order from them agsin.

These shirts run small, so order up. My shirt was tight so I contacted the company and a week later I had another shirt. Very pleased

I'm sorry you weren't happy with your purchase. We use the Gildan 5000 heavy cotton shirts. Outside of being a little starchy at first, we've never received any complaints about the quality of them or sizing. I wish you would have contacted us before leaving this review. We would have been happy to work this out, ethier with replacements or a refund.
