I was misinformed about their return policy that's why on my review I gave them only three stars. Based on the correct information I now rate them a 5 stars. The returns are very easy and fast and the credit shows up with in a few days. Great company and I will continue to purchase from them.

Or anything of the like…you would figure a big online retailer would have good customer service. The also refused to publish my review…that must be why all of their online reviews are so good. Made my order on December 6th - golf apparel. 2 weeks passed - nothing. I contacted Customer Service - told me they would check into the delay. Christmas came and went - still no answer from TGW on my inquiry. I wrote a summary of what happened, and tried to post a critical review on their website - they informed me they would not post my review. 2 weeks later - still nothing / no response, no answers - nothing. Im convinced if I didnt pursue the matter, the order would disappear and be forgotten - they were quick to accept payment for the article however.

I ordered a club in early December and they sent it with the wrong shaft. I sent it back to get fixed and they ended up losing the club. I just now got my refund back after 3 months of asking for a refund. They also double charged me for the club and I'm still waiting for the money on that as well. Don't go through TGW, go to your local golf store and order it through them.

I ordered 2 shirts and 3 pairs of pants from TGW. One pair of pants was the wrong size, I ordered 32 waist and received a 33 waist. Additionally, the 33 waist pants were the only pair that did not have tags on them, making me think they were a previously returned item. It's been almost a month since I sent the pants back and still haven't received a refund. Several TGW chat sessions resulted in "this has been processed, you should have received a refund, will send to accounting to get the refund processed today". So if I didn't keep following up would they have processed the refund? Very poor on their part.
I ordered an "in stock" putter from them, but when I checked on the status, they said it was due to ship in 40 days. When I told them to cancel the order, they then immediately shipped it. I then noticed that they had reduced the price by $100 as a closeout item on the website. When I inquired about that, they informed my that my only option was to return the putter, which I will do, and not rely on their website or "services" any more.
I ordered Titleist personalized golf balls on 3/23/23 and 20 days later... no updates. So I do the job TGW should be doing to find out my status. Raven can only say that there are issues. The issue that I have is TGW should be communicating these issues to their customers. If I had known I would be waiting 2+ months to get customized balls, I would have went back to PGA Superstore. Shame on me for not readint these reviews prior to engaging in business with a poorly supported company.

Recently purchased an 8 set of custom Irons and when I received them, I had the wrong style grip, and size jumbo instead of standard. No big deal as accidents happen. Reached out to customer service and they are adamant that the grip on my club is the one ordered. They were blaming Mizuno the first day of emails. Back and forth for days in multiple emails, I finally did a rebuild of the custom irons on the website and took screen shots of what I ordered, and it clearly showed the photo of the grip with the choice standard size.
They finally agreed to send me the style grip I ordered but I'd have to cover having someone change them if I wasn't doing it myself. No big deal, just not trying to spend close to 100 more on grips I was already supposed to have. To my surprise they are sending me the correct style grip but in JUMBO again! I emailed them to not send the jumbo grips as this won't work for me, but they did not respond. I guess I'll have a set of jumbo grips that are useless. Thanks, TGW. Glad I spent $1100+ on custom clubs and you tried giving me the run around. Terrible customer service and won't be ordering from TGW again.
Supposed to get 2-day shipping and they sent standard. Club now lost. They offered me the two day on my next order. Next order? Never in a million years. Reviews are all one star or 5 stars. Obviously the 5 stars are phony. Read them, you'll agree. These guys are scam artists. FedEx ground is just as bad. Had to put in a claim and it takes 7-10 days for an answer. What a joke. STAY AWAY!

Day 15 and no package! Customer service does not provide any helpful info. Shipping info online is never updated and package has sat someplace on eastern seaboard for weeks. Lousy customer service and I would never use this vendor again regardless of price or selection. This vendor is not helpful when you call and my next review will be to reveal how long it took to arrive. I'm guessing it won't be pretty...

I was given a gift certificate for TGW last xmas. I order golf balls in May of 2021. Apparently the Callaway Triple Track balls are back ordered for them for 7 months. It's now Nov of 2021 and still nothing. I've called several times over the past months to inquire and they just say they've go no stock and pending orders with Callaway. Funny though, they still have them "in stock" on their website. I posted a negative review on their website and they took it down within minutes. Friendly advise…don't order from TGW
I'm not happy with their product or their service after purchasing a pushing golf cart, which cost nearly $300.upon arrival only three of the four straps which hold the golf bag on the cart were included. Also the handle were you grab to push the cart was partially torn and starting to peel away. Brand new out of the box. I called their service center and ask them if there was anyway they could send me the missing strap and I would just live with the handle as it was. They told me they could not send me this piece. I would have to box the cart up and ship it back to them at my own expense. Now realize there is no way to get this cart back into the box that it was packed in so I would have to purchase a new box and then pay whatever the cost was to ship it back to them. I told them never mind I would use a bungee cord to hold, the bag in place. After a few weeks of using the cart the break, which holds the cart in place on Hills. Locking in one of the tires in place stopped working, and would come disengaged my cart would just start rolling away on its own with me chasing it. The last time I used it the locking break came loose again on a hill and rolled all the way down flipping over and busting the top handle,the water bottle and holder,and my phone, which is attached to the top of the handle was cracked and broken. Also some of my clubs were partially scratched. I called them again and ask them if there was anything I could do to get some redemption and I was told no. It's been too long since I ordered it. I will not use this company again.
This place has the most unreliable website I have ever bought from. Thinking the first time ordering was just a one time fluke, and the issues would never happen twice. I was wrong, and after a week of waiting to get the shipping confirmation, I went back online and saw it was never processed! I got online and did a chat with a live customer service rep, and they apologized for the mistake and told me to re order the item, and that the charge from the first order would "fall off". I told them that this was unacceptable and that I would go elsewhere for the item I wanted. I ended up doing that, but 2 weeks later (while on a work trip) I noticed that the order had not fallen off, and that it had shipped and charged to my credit card! Here I am a month later, and still waiting for the shipment to arrive. If anyone reads this review, go ahed and pay the 20% extra or full price from any other website! Learn from my mistake. Avoid The Golf Warehouse despite the enticing deals they may have.

I ordered a golf shirt. They sent the wrong color. I ordered "light orange" but they sent a color called "PARROT". I informed them, via email to Customer Service, of this mistake. They claimed that they did not have a color named "Parrot" (they sent me an email that stated: "We do not have a color called Parrot in our data base")... but the company had actually emailed me the following: "Order # K*******; Item GN GREEDOM MICRO PIQUE POLO PARROT - LG. SHIPPED". I sent them this documentation of their own email. Subsequently, they dropped any further communication with me... they did not correct their error or offer me any form of refund or compensation for their mistake. FS

It has been over two weeks since my order was filled. Of course TGW selected FedEX Smart ship, which I believe means ship via "we don't give a F&*K" because the rates are so low it improves TGW margins. When I called to complain, they had the nerve to blame COVID... really ever other e-comm company has figured out that and can have items arrive within a few days.
I would strongly recommend that you avoid purchasing from this site... unless you really don't care when it might arrive.
I ordered a putter grip, they sent me a towel instead. Things happen, I get it. They shot me email 3 business days later stating the putter grip is no longer available, BUT when you send back our towel we will refund your money.
Thanks for making zero effort to offer another grip or even the slightest bit of sense to help, ensuring that myself and NO ONE I'm close to will ever but from TGW.

I bought a putter and the insert was too soft so I sent it back and got a refund. OK so I bought another putter, didn't work for me either. I sent back that one and they refuse to give me a refund, just store credit. I complained and they said the shipping department claims there was damage to the putter head. They do not know I took very high definition pictures of the whole putter and it shows PERFECT condition. If I have to take them to small claims court I will. BIg corporations think the can push anyone around but I will not be intimidated. TGW, never again.

I bought two model putters, neither one worked for me. I have no golf shop open near me to try these out so I have to purchase them to try. TGW has gaven me refunds in the past. They have made up stories about this purchase and claim the club was damaged when returned thus refusing me a refund, just an exchange. I felt bad about sending one just after trying a different putter and was gong to sell it on eBay. Thus the pictures. However since I paid retail, shipping and tax I decided to just return it to TGW. Never again. Since 2001 I have over 700 positive feedbacks with eBay w/o one negative showing I am a honest person. These pictures a like new putter w/o and damage anywhere. It provesTGW will lie to save a few dollars.
Ordered a pair of Sketcher golf shoes, paid 2 day shipping and all I received was an empty envelope with a shipping ticket, the shipping tag had a gross weight of 2 lbs so it's obvious it was shipped empty, contacted Gina Mosley in customer service, said she would handle it after I sent pictures, never heard back, my Outlook email showed the pics were delivered but when I called back a week later I got the same run around from another "customer rep",, TOTAL RIP OFF, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! Only gave 1 star just because I had to give something.

Bought golf shoes and was promised delivery within 5-7 days. That was over 11 days ago and package has not been delivered and has dropped off the tracking grid. Called customer service and was told they could not help. I indicated that I might contact credit card company to dispute charges and was told to go ahead. The agent then hung up the phone. Will NEVER do business with this company again.
This is a culmination of several different experiences with TGW. The consistent problems appear to be only mediocre customer service, and, TGW consistently fails to meet shipping dates selected during checkout. Combined, the frustration equals that I will not make another purchase from TGW. Buy your clubs and gear at other retailers.

I placed a substantial order 5/27. I received shipping confirmation 5/31. I've been tracking the package as my husband was leaving for a golf trip 6/7. Originally it was scheduled for delivery 6/2. That was later changed to 6/7. For 2 days, it has been mia somewhere in Grove City. Ohio. Obviously it didn't arrive as indicated in time for its intended purpose. I've emailed these idiots 4 times and CRICKETS. Horrible customer service. I won't be shopping there again. Honestly, go Macy's. Excellent customer service every time I've dealt with them and equal product quality

I ordered 12 different items on the website with expected 2 day delivery. Only received one item within the time frame. When i called to check they said they will contact fedex to find out what happened and will email me back. Never received the email. When i called again they said it will take 5-10 days to receive a response from fedex. Much better to just go to a brick mortar golf store and get it physically.
I purchased a wedge from TGW and I asked for or selected the shipping that was no charge. It said a few days to ship like 5 or 7 or something like that. I am ok so far. I ordered the wedge on the 2nd and received it on the 20th. WHAT? That is not acceptable in today's world of online commerce. Is it? I went ahead and got the wedge elsewhere a few days ago. 3 days after I ordered. I will be returning this wedge. 18 days to get 1 club shipped from Kansas to Washington state is NOT good service. So, you decide is 18 days acceptable service?

Just recently started having problems with deliveries. They use a combination of FedEx and USPS. Tracking is worthless once the package is given to USPS. My order was weeks ago and they refuse to give me a refund. Extremely rude people answering calls.
