I purchased a Transformers Generations Legacy transformer I could not find in stock anywhere else. I had a problem with the link in the email they sent that wouldn't not allow me to track the package. I called and left a voicemail and Jeremy returned my call within a couple hours. He apologized for the issue I was having and emailed me a new tracking link and updated me on the shipping progress. Package was delivered the same day. Total time from order to my house was 5 days. This was my first time purchasing from here and I will definitely order again. Package was well wrapped and arrived in perfect condition.
We purchased a MP-52 Master Piece Starscream on the 27th of November for our sons christmas we are still waiting. Contacted Australia Post who told us that the parcel has never arrived here in Australia. We have lost count on how many emails we have sent asking where our Transformer is and can we get a full refund $450. Was this ever posted out and have we been scammed? We have a very unhappy young man who never received his wish list of a transformer for christmas. Please reply from a human and stop with the automated crap reply. Waiting to hear back. Never purchase from here again. Please do your homework/research on this company.

EBAY suppose to help but suddenly permanent blocked my account with NO REASONS, Blocked using email contact, review or refund with TFSource and No Money Back Guarantee!
USPS 1st class international parcel has a tracking but zero contact channels with only option to use Missing Mail Searched after status stucked for 2 weeks.
Luckily Well Established TFSource helped patiently by replied my multiple emails and crossed checked with their warehouse team which i worried parcel lost etc.
Today 31 March 2022 i finally received my precious OX PS-13 (out of stock in the world) after 1 month+ which supposedly delivery due date is on May2022.
Great Trusted Seller that all any online buyer wanted.
Tip for consumers:
Ebay buyer can email TFSource directly from TFSource website and if ebay blocked you for no reason! Yes, for no reason!
USPS Tracking status details may stucked or confusing or dont meant exactly suppose to mean, but still delivered. If using cheapest 1st class international parcel which you wont have inquiries service to contact with UPSP either through online or calls, you must try missing mail search and sign up “Informed Delivery”. It will be the earliest tools to update you.

1) TF Source has better customer care than BBTS, Amazon, and Ebay combined.
I have had the ABSOLUTE worst customer care experiences EVER with BBTS.
2) There stack program is far better than BBTS' Pile of Loot. TF Source has much better rules than BBTS.
3) It is 1,000 X's easier to find product on TF Source than BBTS, or Robot Kingdom, or TF Direct.
4) TF Source has the the beat points rewards system I've EVER seen.
5) Unlike other web based stores, such as Robot Kingdom and TF Direct, TF Source had no problems recognizing my email address. Even major companies like Allstate, Geico, and Toys R Us had trouble with my email.
I tried to add a photo of one of my packing slips to prove I shop with them. Not sure if it uploaded.
I have read the reviews and have to say that after purchasing 20 different TFs I have had no complaints at all. One or two items were pushed back but when I reached out to them I had a polite reply in under 24 hours. I have ordered from BBTS and Side Show as well and find all three have been great. Everything I have ordered from TFsource has arrived intact and undamaged. I have paid great prices for the pieces I have purchased and have had great communication with the staff when something has been delayed. I give the 5 stars! I hate that others seem to have had bad experiences, I have only had great ones with this company and will continue purchasing from them.
Tip for consumers:
Be patient. Some times, though rare for the items I have purchased, something will hamper delivery. Shipping delays, back ordered due to popularity etc. It happens.
This is one of the best sites I can think of when it comes to transformer collecting, Nicole of customer service is extremely helpful with any problem that I have had, Curt, who owns the place, along with his crew know a lot about this hobby, selection is great, and that packing, well it quiet simply is the best I have seen from anyplace, if you want you items in dead mint condition, look no further, this is your place, and returns are hassle free, at least in my case.
