Ikea in San Diego, CA is using TForce for delivery and they're absolutely the worst that I've ever dealt with. Every other professional company I've dealt with provides a 4-hour window for delivery, sending text messages the day before and day of delivery, and keeping me informed all the way. These delinquents sent one automated message and when they failed to arrive, that's it! I had to waste an entire day waiting, getting another automated message at 7pm saying to call Ikea customer service. When I went to their website to get an update, their response was dismissive saying "they only provided an estimate with a 12-hour window" with no apologies or helpful advice. I found out that these losers are NOT BBB accredited! That should tell everyone including Ikea that they're NOT to be trusted and should be immediately dropped and I'm gonna tell Ikea that when I call them tomorrow. I can NEVER trust this company again and will refuse to use them. -- Update -- I called the company and the rep. I spoke to said that they called me to confirm the delivery which was a total lie! When I told him this, he actually called me a liar so I swore then hung up! These are the lowest scum I've ever dealt with and for the last time. I cancel my order!
