Hello I've been trying to get someone to help me I've got locked out of my account and I need my email address updated! This app is hobble and have no customer support :( I got locked out of my Apple ID and it removed my phone number my current phone number and you guys are going to get sued for this please :(
For WIFI calling it is the best I've come across. I use it as a secondary number.Maybe someday I'll use it as my primary. But I need WIFI for all my other needs in my home.
It's a great service everyone should try it. No drop calls no problem getting through on Wi-Fi anytime.
I really appreciate having the ability of being able to use the phone with just the internet. Because if I'm in a situation where my phone won't work as long as I have internet I can use the phone.
So far my text now experience has been awesome. No problem whatsoever. Have made and received call..
Being on a fixed income I enjoy FREE talk and text. Even though I don't talk often, I can depend on it when I need it

Great app to use without data over WiFi...call,text and everything else works great!
Easy and fun to use with min done or too many options that are confusing.
I love this phone service I live 4 miles off a main road and never had a any trouble with it...thank you text now!
I have been using text now for a while and have given out that number but for some reason they decided to permanently block my account for "violation". Problem is, that I appealed and nothing is happening. No response and no clarification as to what the violation is.
I have been waiting over a month for a response that they claim should have come within 1 week.
Very much annoyed at their service.

You can't complain because it's free. It's been such a life saver. I have a secure feeling knowing I can use my phone when I have no data as well.
