I ordered pajamas for my hard-to-please mother from Texeresilk. When they came, they were beautiful but they were too big. My mother decided if I was going to return them, she would rather have a different kind anyway. I emailed customer service and I sent back the jammies and they immediately sent the new set out. The new ones were a tad more expensive and they didn't even charge me the difference or shipping! Can you believe that? I don't think I have ever had that happen to me before! Their customer service department was an absolute joy to deal with! This is a company which stands behind its customer's satisfaction, that is for sure.
