Great service with one exception. I keep getting emails saying my order is not yet completed. I called and they told me "no sir, you're good to go". Then, I got another email.
They seem to be broker website which collect SSN and personal information. They have some very sketchy phone customer service. The on call support people did not speak good English, some cheap offshore call center, they did not have any information on my online order, they did not even understand my questions, they only kept trying to sell more stuff. Basically a dead end if you try calling. I am only worried if there are some hidden fees they are going to charge or worse sell my personal information and cause identity theft.

We ordered our service online and got what we needed the next day. The process was very convenient!
The service was quick and easy. I did not have to deal with very much paper work and also it was hassle free. I did everything online and I didn't have to deal with getting my electricity turned on with personnel. The best thing about the electricity is that I didn't have to pay any money to get my sevice on.
Appreciate the ability to compare different electricity suppliers in one place. It was easy to navigate the site and I was able to find the supplier that best meets my energy needs.

I submitted my request for their electric plan and chose immediate service but I ended up spending a day and a half without electricity. I'm not sure what went wrong on my part, I did place my order late afternoon past 5 I'm guessing everyone went home and I started my next day without appliances or lights. Spent the entire day without power until next evening. Perhaps I should've acitivated the service at least with 3 days heads up.

When you ask for an account number you need to be specific about what you want in the account number. You have a web interface that is 20 years out of date. 1) you should check the account number immediately when someone enters something not wait till they go all the way through the process and make folks scroll back and forth page by page to reenter something that you didnt tell them was correct in the first place 2) People should be able to enter the entire account number and then you figure it out by having the computer truncate the digits it needs to do whatever it needs to do. For heavens sake we have AI now and you are looking for a specific format because your computer system is 1970's architecture. You are losing 1000s of orders because of this so you should care.
Need additional assistance and expedite power. I have a waiver for my utility deposit that came directly from the attorney general's office, semicolon for being a victim of domestic violence they have waived my required deposit for all running utilities for me to move to a safe location. I do not see anywhere where I can upload documents on your website to provide this documentation to you.

Electric service is too confusing. Too may parts. You say 6. Whatever cents per kwh and then it's more if you use less than 1000... and no where is the whole price shown up front. Bait and switch.
Good rates and easy to enroll. Would have been perfect if (even partial) green/renewable energy contribution was present.

Only thing i could say needs improvement is actual communication from the company letting me know when the service was activated/switched over. It would be better to recieve a call than to assume or wonder if the application was accepted and if services would in fact be provided. It just says if there is an issue someone will contact you.
