I retained Mr. Grass for medical licensure last year. We lost the case. I gave him a poor review on the BBB website due to lack of follow-up and next steps after retaining him for $5000. He retorted below. I chose to ignore it at the time and this was over 4 MONTHS ago. There has been no contact, no follow-up... nothing until ~0300 this evening (4 AUG) with a flurry of emails about him subpoenaing records/backgrounds, etc. and trying to make a point of...? His veiled "I will be giving you the attention you deserve for the rest of your career..." is troubling from a seeming professional and his attempts to keep contacting me are not OK. I told him to cease and desist immediately (there are a few more emails) as this was harassment at best. He is seeking or proposing to perform actions he is not authorized to make, all over ONE poor review. AND THESE EMAILS ARE MONTHS AFTER THE FACT! Cease and desist now. I have notified the BBB of your string of early AM emails after I had dropped this MONTHS ago. I am following up with a lawyer Monday. Thank you From MR. GRASS: I saw your review in the BBB. I know that things did not work out the way you wanted but you must have some understanding that it was not going to turn out any other way. If you wanted to do more you could have had the hearing in Arizona. That might or might not have have made a difference. Either way, you don't know and the outcome is not my fault, but you made it mine. In a In a profession, like the one I am in, all we attorney's have is our reputation. You casually sully mine holding me responsible for something beyond my control and use Anna-Maria's absence and Mike Atchley's license as the basis of your criticism. I ask that you examine your motives and withdraw that BBB review because it is unfair, misguided and mean spirited. It looks like what it is - something bad happened to you so you are going to make sure everyone else suffers. Is that the kind of man you are?. I did not think so. HE IS CONTINUING TO HARASS ME WITH REPEATED EMAILS, MANY IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT (see below). This issue is over and he is personally attacking and harassing me.
