I had a unit (jacuzzi + shower) installed a couple of years ago. It started going wrong from the beginning, so I contacted them because it was still under 'warranty'. They claimed that, although the warranty was in their name it was not them that issued it but the supplier: they did not offer warrantees themselves so they did not want to know (!). The supplier, of course, said that it was teuco and not them! Even worse, when I brought a plumber to have a look at the thing he discovered that the installation manual instructions & images did not match (as in not at all) the unit that was installed, so he could not even begin to repair it. THIS SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED

I have to agree with other reviewers as well, I bought a Teuco bathtub as the look is just great. I have so many issues with it: panel not working (besides having it changed once), noisy engine and cleaning process never worked. They extended the warranty once but despite having the same issues they do not want to try to fix anything. Do not purchase from them, expensive and poor quality.
Teuco Italy, the original Teuco, is bankrupt. This is due to poor quality, ineffective customer service and greed. There are Teuco subsidiaries in other European countries and I think the US. They will follow
