Tesmanian

I've ordered mats for my model y and they never arrived, I tried contacting the customer support but never received a reply. This is shame on Tesmanian. I also tried to post my review regarding this on their website but they never posted my review. Seems they only post the reviews which are 4 and 5 stars which seems a scam.

These mats fit so perfectly in the model 3, and extremely light but sturdy. They would make a great addition item for owners who didn't receive floor mats at delivery.

Products great but… if you're a Canadian beware of the import duty tax. After paying for the product plus the import duty tax the mats are expensive. There are other options for Canadians. Sad but true. Good product, after tax too expensive.

Bought car seat covers that stained my white seats! Customer service told me not to use them on white seats even tho their product is pictured with white seats! Horrible customer service

No response, no support on my order. They deleted my review on their site as well. Dishonest business! Be warned!

No product shipped. Worst in class communication.
Unsuccessful experience with purchasing mats: No email received confirming shipment. Sent email and received no initial reply. No ability to contact by phone. Sent another email a couple days later, and received a reply stating that the shipment was mishandled, and they can not send an entire shipment because they are now out of stock on an item. They gave me the option to cancel the order which I did; however, they have not canceled the order. I sent an email for confirmation, and they did not reply. I have to go to my bank and reverse charges. There are plenty of other suppliers for Tesla products that communicate and deliver the product. I can not recommend this company in any way.

Worst customer service EVER. Was forced to buy a piece of the kit I had already purchased to complete my trunk kit. Take days to respond to emails and then responds with nonsense!

I ordered the Tesla Model 3 full set of mats. When I received the mats, the first thing I noticed is that they were cheaply made, a very similar plastic as my trash bin. Edges were crooked, looked as if they cut them by hand and simply did not fit the interior of my car correctly. After conversing with them for weeks, in order to receive a refund, I would have to pay a $90 shipping fee to Pamona CA and a $60 restocking fee. I decided to keep the mats and sell them on Ebay in order to mitigate the loss.

I wrote a negative review on their website, then judge.me (The review app that collects and displays merchant reviews) sent me an email to verify it was me who wrote the review. I waited days for my review to post, it never did. I contacted Judge.me and asked them why, they stated that they allow Tesmanian to moderate their reviews before publishing them, giving the merchant an opportunity to resolve issues.

Judge.me also stated that stores that publish 80% of their reviews receive various transparency medals on the merchant's site, Tesmanian has no medals. I do believe that judge.me is not at fault and that Tesmanian is solely responsible for concealing unfavorable reviews which in turns misleads online shoppers. I do know that the 2016 CFRA Act allows me to post an honest review regarding the contract between me and Tesmanian and protects my right to do so. I also know that in this situation, Tesmanian has used review moderation unfavorably to mislead consumers by only posting 4 and 5 star reviews.
