Ordered flowers to brighten my niece's day. Was guaranteed same day delivery. They called to say they ran out of those flowers. I said it doesn't have to be the exact ones. His response is we don't have any. What! Then he had to get approval from his supervisor to refund my money. Really? You can't do your job but my money has to be approved. Do Not Waste Your time with these people.

I ordered a bouquet of flowers for our wedding anniversary, for same day deliver on Monday. End of day comes, no flowers. I receive a call and poorly written text from Terry's that eve stating issues with their system caused the delay. They asked my if I'm ok for delivery tomorrow. Tomorrow comes, another email about system issues, can they come Wednesday. Wednesday comes and I get a message that the delivery person stopped by and banged on my door for 10 mins. Never mind that I have a doorbell and I work from home all day plus security cameras that show no delivery person stopped.
Finally got them on Thursday. They outsource to local florists (poorly I might add). To the owners of Terry's - you deserve to not be in business. Given my, and others, experience with you, I don't expect you to be around much longer.
Received an order from my sister thru this florist. She paid good money for an arrangement that was no where near what the picture showed. The quality was poor, they were left on my porch with no wrap on it, just exposed to 37 degree weather for a few hours. I didn't even know it was there until she called and asked if I got a delivery. I don't even know what local florist they used, if any because there was no card stating that. Please don't waste your money on this low quality florist.
I ordered a deluxe bouquet for my daughters 21st Birthday and it was mostly green stems and cheap flowers and scarce looking. The arrangement looked cheap and like an amateur put it together. Also ordered a balloon to go with it and no balloon was sent. My fault for not looking at previous reviews first. Do not use this site for flowers in Billings, Montana. I could have arranged a better flower bouquet! I got the first bouquet below, but ordered the second - I ordered Deluxe as shown.
As with others (wish I had looked at the reviews before ordering anything from these people, I also thought this was a local florist. Having spent what I considered an overcharge at best, what was delivered was the poorest item you could imagine. The basket of flowers I ordered was expensive, but lovely. What we got was a $10 - $20 bouquet in a glass vase that I have seen at Wal-Mart. Totally worthless in my book.
Despite a guarantee of same-day service and ordering the flowers at 9:30 a.m., I got a note at 5 p.m. that my order would not be fulfilled. As these were for a funeral, this was beyond disappointing. I sent a note asking for a reason and have been ignored. Waiting to see if I get a refund in a timely manner or if I'm going to have to dispute with my credit card company - betting it's the latter.
Not local florist! 3 hours after placing an order for same day delivery I received a call from someone who left a message. Could not understand her name and call back number was invalid. I did call the toll free number listed and was disconnected THREE times! Still no resolve! Total scam!
When I sent them a picture of what was received it took all of 5 second for them to determine that according to their substitution policy the flowers were replaced to "value", a handful of mums and babies breath, not to mention poorly put together. A shameful scam of a company.
I ordered what I thought would be a beautiful funeral spray arrangement. After tax and delivery it was almost 200.00. The delivered a small spring bouquet that could have been purchased at a grocery store. They offered only 1/4 refund and refused to provide a cost breakdown of the flowers that were sent. Total bait and switch. Do not waste your money. The first picture is what was ordered the second picture is what was received.
I ordered the Sunflower Delight flower arrangement for my wife as it was our 16th wedding anniversary, sunflowers are her favorite but when she got the flowers it didn't have any sunflowers in the order, not even one.
Terry's florist has to be the worse flower shop I have ever ordered from. How inept at your job are you that there isn't any sunflowers in a order called Sunflowers Delight? Very unprofessional and very dishonest, don't order from these crooks.
I ordered Enchanted Rose Garden for my mom. What I got would be laughable except I really wanted to send my mom something special. I complained and they sent me " their contract " which I never saw. It states they could replace with equal or better quality.
I'm not one to usually complain. Please see pictures of what I ordered versus what my mom got. It looks like they just bought cheap flowers somewhere and put in a cheap vase. I'm complaining to the BBB.

We ordered a premium bouquet for over $109.00 ( found out that they sent the order to a local florist but only sent $75.00). It was nothing like what was ordered. Customer service just sent their "policy" of substitution and availability. Rip-Off.
I ordered flowers in the am. it guaranteed same day delivery which is what i needed for a special occasion. I got no less than 5 messages asking for clarification and follow up. And then they called asking if it could be delivered another day! Then i was on hold forever waiting for a refund and i let my family member down who i wanted to make feel special. Never again.
Save yourself the money and frustration. You will get better flowers and customer service at a local grocery store. This business is a fraud and their delivered product is of terrible quality and design. Shop elsewhere.
Ordered a funeral arrangement, via telephone. Asked if they were local, was told yes. Nothing was sent, NOTHING! When I called to inquire they said they didn't have the flowers for that arrangement. They also stated they tried calling and texting me, which was a lie. These people are scam artists! Do not use them!
If I could give this florist a negative review that's what they would get! Spent $80 for flower arrangement for sick friend. Arrangement looked like a little kid picked a few wild flowers mixed with grass from a field and stuffed into a plastic tumbler. More than a third of the flowers were DEAD and the rest were DYING, brown tips all over. Card was illegible - again, looked like a little kid wrote the card - names spelled wrong. Recipients name was reduced to the first 2 letters of her first name - last name spelled wrong. I called to let company know and that I was giving them a "black eye" review - the Asian man who I had been talking to said "that's fine!" Didn't mind the bad review at all. BUYER BEWARE! Offered NO type of reimbursement. ALSO! Check your credit cards! I had 3 charges from these people!
10 days ago Ordered (3) different orders for Valentines Day. Almost $400.00. I get a message last Friday that they have supply chain issue and can't deliver the 1st order. Didn't ask if I want to sub a different arrangement just refund. I call they refuse to take another order! Last night received a call that they are running behind and the orders will be delivered today. Well received a text at noon V. Day telling me they cant fulfill the order I will be getting a refund.
This is a horrible company and I will never do business with them again.
Their advertisements are totally misleading. They delivered a week later than requested for my Mother's birthday and the arrangement was not what I ordered or anything like it. I paid extra for balloons and there were no balloons. They kept texting saying they were out of stock for what I ordered and would be delivering a "Designers Choice" arrangement. I could've bought a grocery store arrangement that looked better than what was delivered by FEDEX and would've cost less. Very dissatisfied and disappointed.

Answer: Exactly, not only do they swap flowers but also the vase. A completely different product gets shipped than what they have on their website. They point to policy that they can swap whatever they feel is of equivalent value and are currently using Covid as an excuse.
Answer: ONLINE SCAM. Do not order from these criminals. They take your money and claim "supply issue". Only a criminal would not honor the life of someone very loved by stealing money and not providing a product.
