Waste of money

I gave the software a try; waste of 75.00. I had files that had been deleted only a week earlier. The software "recovered" only the existing files on my computer. Basically it gave me everything I already had. All other files it supposedly recovered were unreadable. Didn't recover a single deleted file.
Companies like this can get away with making big promises to take your money but walk the fine line by not guaranteeing any results. It's easy to write your own reviews saying how "great" the product is.

Beware of Loopholes

I'm a regular business owner with 170 employees. I can normally get IT to take care of technology issues - but I purchased this product to unlock the phone of my family member on life support. My fault for not researching more. It advertised that it would unlock the phone with data loss. The trial would not unlock it, so I needed to purchase it to see. It did not work so I tried the other options. The only option that would work is with a full data loss. I needed the information in the phone to contact my family members friends. I requested a refund based on not working. Of course they wont refund because I should have known it would not work before I bought it. (They tell me) I feel it is a scam if you have to spend $31 to try something and when it doesn't work, no refund. Quite simply, buyers beware.

After reading hours of articles of how to fix my iPhone X that was frozen on the Apple Emblem and trying to repair it for 8 attempts with iTunes, I was in tears and about to go insane! I called Verizon who said I had tried all they could suggest so I'd need to send in my phone for a replacement. I use my iPhone for working at home and wasn't about to mail it with sensitive information stored on it. The representative said all I could do was order a new iPhone. I came across Tenorshare that claimed to be able to fix my phone for a free download. Why not try? I ended up purchasing a very inexpensive download to do a deep reboot and reset. It was so easy to use. The app literally held my hand throughout the whole process. I set my phone back to factory reset (my choice) and downloaded my phone data back from iCloud. I rarely write reviews but just had to share my experience and loudly applaud and compliment this product.

Don't waste your time and money!

Don't waste your money and your time don't download or buy anything from this company, I had the worst experience what's so ever.

On November 6/2021, I had issue with my Apple iPad 7th generation, I try to power on all I get Apple logo flashes and and the iPad will not turn on, I watched multiple video on YouTube.
I watched a video was it provided by this company with the same issue that I was having and they provided a link to download with 100% 30 days money back guarantee.

I download it the software and the software is not free I had to pay for it.
The software took a long time to download finally was download it, After that It will not pass or do anything or turn the iPad back on I kept trying for proximately 2 to 3 hours and didn't do anything it will not fix the issue.

On the same day I contacted Apple support and I schedule Service appointment for the iPad,
They said the iPad had two hardware issue and is not repairable.

On the same day I sent email to Tenorshare, I explained everything to them and I asked for refund.
Tenorshare replied back to me there is no refund if the iPad have hardware issue!

I Replied back to Tenorshare and told them how in the world i supposed to know that there is hardware issue with my iPad.

Tenorshare, Replied back to me they only want to refund me half of the amount!

I had dispute the charge!

This is the worst company ever!

This company is awful. Why? I tried to download the program onto my iPad Pro, and it would not download. Therefore, I could not use it. They said that they will refund the money of people who have technical issues. Well, I think my problem is a technical issue when the program could not be downloaded, let alone opened. They disagreed. They kept giving me the same answer. Then I was offered $ off for another program. I said, "What about the software will not open on my IPad do you not understand? Why give me something else that will not open, if what I wanted and paid for will not open, let alone be used? They just wanted to keep my money. Crooks is what they are. So, if you are not sure if the program will open or not on your device, do not buy it. You will NOT get your money back, as they are not honest, nor do they have good business practices.

I really liked the tenorshare and especially their support team (Violet was the one who helped me), who helped me to solve my doubts and queries of their product. I would clearly recommend their products to anyone who is facing troubles with their phone, ipads or laptop. And another good thing is they give you back your money, if it dosent solve your problem, so there is nothing to worry about.

I've downloaded this application because my iphone 8 stopped working suddenly and was stuck on the apple logo for five days. After downloading the firmware package, I was having personal issues until I decided to contact the support team of Reiboot. They replied faster than I expected and help me solve them with precise advices and recommendations. As I said, Nice app and Nice Support Team!

So I have been taken (robbed) twice on this Samsung S21 phone. The first time was by the person that sold me the phone off Craigslist and it WAS NOT reset as he said. The second time was by Tenorshare. The website showed that the program they sell will fix Android 10 and up. The email I received from Tenorshare told me I need to purchase an unnamed 2nd program. I asked them specifically which one. No answer. But knowing that the program they sold me did not work, they offered me a 30% refund. SCAMMERS

Without my consent these people automatically charged my card with a monthly subscription fee. I have purchased a subscription only for 1 month, which is last month, and without my consent they have automatically charged me for this month. I have used their service only for 1 day in the last month and haven't used it since. When I asked to refund me for this automatic renewal which has gone through without my prior consent, they are declining to refund. Says "it's difficult to refund once the renewal is done". As if my money has gone through some kind of a magic portal, which makes it "difficult" for them to return. And they say they have sent me a reminder about the renewal. If I have got any, I would have seen obviously. I didn't find any such email in my inbox or my spam folder! This $#*!ing liars have practically scammed my money! $#*!ing Frauds!

Beware recurring payments!

I have no problem in paying for software that I use. I was not sure if this software would be successful in opening an iPhone that I inherited without the previous owner's password. I thought I'd try it because of the money-back gaurantee TenorShare promised. However, it turns out it does exacly what you can do with itunes for free.
After I asked for a refund, they refused to refund me, and as "an act of good will" gave me a subscription to an additional software that didn't do the trick either.

Stay away from them. They promise a whole lot and supply nothing!

Awesome application and customer service

I recently bought the software and used it for the 1st. Time without a problem. It's a great application that helps doing a very difficult task thru an incredible easy straight forward process.
I also called the customer service and they replied back super fast with a very clear answer to my question.
Long story short, this is a great application with an excellent customer service support.
This is a MUST have!
