On receipt of the software I quickly determined that it wouldn't work for me. After some back and forth they decided that they couldn't determine that it was an issue with the software and refused to refund. (They offered me a different product for free with an unlimited license which I didn't take.)
In spite of the above, a year later they charged me again for this software. When I reminded them of our correspondence from a year ago, they said they would not refund the renewal fee, and again offered a free alternative product.
I WOULD ADVISE YOU TO NEVER GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR CREDIT CARD/PAYPAL or other payment info. They abused that in my case to unethically take my money. They might do the same to you!

Clearly from the other feedback here they do this on a frequent basis.

In my experience, COMPLETE SCAM!

Terrible experience! First- this soft instate of deblocking Blocked phone. I got support ticket, send message, waited answer, they asked more info, I send more info. They told me to buy ne soft REIBOOT to fix what happened after using 4uKey. I asked refund and tried to cancel subscription. No answer. And I am sure they will charge for renewal of the license. FRAUD SCAM.

BEWARE

This company puts customer on automatic purchase.

How could they charge the customer without its consent? For the same product which does not even work well in the first place.

Upon contact the support they said they cannot return the second charge.

If the company wants to make money they should by fare means not through fraudulent practice

Very unhappy customer

The service is not transparent. I didn't manage to fix the problem with the product. I tried to get the money back with the guarantee. It looks like you need a report from Apple Store. What if there is no Apple Store in your city? I've tried to demonstrate that I fixed the problem with an official reseller (invoice + email of the guy who attended me) but it's not enough.
Also, I've realised that by default Tenoshare will automatically renew your subscription. It's in the details written in a small letter via email (and probably in the term and conditions). I'm a UX Designer and I know that this is a dark practice because it's very easy to lead to error. And easily many people will be charged again without realising it. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS NO TRANSPARENT SERVICE AT ALL. WITH DARK STRATEGIES TO GET SUBSCRIPTIONS.

For the past two months I have been trying to hack into an Apple Mini iPad 3 device which I forgot its details, password and Apple account. After I failed I was in touch with customer service and they were in touch with their developers. The response via email was quick considering the time gaps and I was given a number of ways to solve issues that prevented me from succeeding in hacking. I finally succeeded. It is of course important to clarify that this is not a stolen device but my device that I forgot the login details for. I would like to praise the customer service and the developers of the company who did their best to help solve the problems I encountered. The software of this company and their service is excellent. Highly recommend the TenoShare company and their software 4MeKey.
Highly recommended. In the picture you can see the device and their software in the background. As stated highly recommended.

Don't waste your money and time. The software put my IPad in recovery mode and I had to use a third party software to fix it. Tenorshare thinks that we should wait for 30 days to try and resolve the issue when I fixed it using ITunes in a little over an hour. They refused to do a refund because I wouldn't wait for their tech support which only responds one time within 24 - 48 hours. Crappy software and crappy service. Stay away from this company. Buying anything from them is only making a donation to the company since they are no help.

I attempted to download what I thought was their program. Either it was not what I was supposed to get or it simply is a useless program. I have not recovered one thing. Attempted to contact their tech team - NOTHING. Tried to then email them and cancel within an hour or two of purchase and have still heard nothing. Will pick it up with my credit card company. Another scam company - buyer beware!

Buyer beware

My camera on my iPhone quit working. By doing a google search I found this product from Tenorshare. It said they had a money back guarantee so I thought I had nothing to lose. I ran the software and it did not fix the camera. I emailed and requested a refund, sent in the logs as they requested and am still being denied a refund. I have turned in the phone on and insurance claim and got it replaced. Here is their guarantee: Any technical problems you have encountered when using the product, please contact Tenorshare's technical support team and cooperate to locate the problem, including providing screenshots and log files, or accepting free remote services provided by Tenorshare. If the problem cannot be resolved in the end, and you are unwilling to wait for an upgrade or other compensation plan, Tenorshare will refund you if your order is in 30 days.

I had an issue with my iphone screen and could not unlock the phone. Purchased the 4ukey which promised to unlock my phone without having to do a reset and lose my data. The unlock worked easy enough but i lost all data to the last backup. I could have just done this myself without the software. Then to add insult to injury their "one off" payment offer subscribed me to a monthly subscription ($64) that i then had to spend an hour to unsubscribe from, very difficult to find how to do it. They offer the 30 day money back guarantee but after my experience with trying to unsubscribe i am not even going to waste time with them trying to get that money back. Back up your phones regularly people.
