In desperation to preserve data on my iphone, I fell for their tricky advertising and bought the software. Dowloaded the trial and went through the steps. Only when I purchased the software that the disclaimer comes up to say data will be erased. I emailed them right away after my purchase and went into paypal to disable the auto-renewal.

They sent me a screenshot of a disclaimer buried somewhere in their support page that data will be erase so I am not getting a refund.

I could have just hit the restore button on my phone and live with the consequence that I will lose all the data I did not back up.

There is NO software out there that can save your data if you forget your iphone password - This is not Apple ID password which you can reset without buying any software.

Thumbs up to the team and keep it up the good work. Really appreciate the hard work and such a good application

I love using this company software. It's great customer service. The software is very easy to use and very fast. I highly recommend it. The one I personally use so far is call Ianygo software.

I've bought this service twice, have unlocked nearly 10 devices with little to no trouble at all. I did have a registration / download glitch which normally requires re purchasing the product. They very quickly resolved my issue as a courtesy and for that I'm grateful. Their support team is on point and very quick to respond with resolution. This in addition to 100% unlock rate for me. I will absolutely purchase this service for any future needs

The iCareFone Transfer is a great product, also easy to use!
I had to transfer my Whatsapp data but by mistake I bought the Window version one instead of the macOS, so I asked for help to the TenorShare Team and they were very kind to change it, so in the end I successfully managed to transfer my data!

This softwarw has help me a lot to fix some of my phone. Recommended for those who having trouble and save money

Tenorshare software product does not work for me. I immediately connected with support team. I want to cancelled my subscription and to get refund. I uninstalled program and could not provide log for support team like a proof of something.And in the same time they mention that to get fefund is very difficult.
So, sometimes you can say goodbye to your money.
Beware everybody!

I WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS IF I COULD! THIS WEBSITE IS A SCAM! THE SOFTWARE DOES NOT WORK! WHEN YOU REACH OUT FOR HELP THEY WONT RESPOND OR REFUND YOUR MONEY! CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AN ABSOLUTE JOKE. THE SOFTWARE IS EVEN WORSE! SAVER YOUR TIME AND MONEY AND RUN FROM THEM! YOU DON'T WANT TO BE SCAMMED BY THIS FRAUD OF A COMPANY!

Very Disappointed. We tried to use the software on a locked iPhone to try and save the photos. After going through the instructions, the phone went through a factory reset and all photos were lost. Then, I realized that they charged my credit card for two additional months. I had to go back and cancel the "subscription". (Not sure why I would want a subscription for a product that didn't work?). When I requested a refund, they denied it. Pretty Shady….

This software make damage to my phone and tenorshare stole my money.
I recomend never use this software whit you cellphone

Product does not work and they will not refund. Customer service is some foreign company and will not refund after it deleted everything from my phone and did not work. BEWARE> SCAM

Purchased TenorShare 4UKey a year ago to unlock an iPhone because it claimed it could unlock the phone without data loss. It unlocked the phone but the contacts, messages, and data were lost. Did not use it again and never canceled. Had not thought about it until it recently showed up on my CC statement. Found the only way to contact them was with a support ticket. They will not refund the renewal because it is automatic and their policy is no refunds. So I paid for an application that did not live up to its claims and then auto-renewed and charged me the 2nd time. They did send emails but they were not viewed until looking for them. The bottom line is bad product unless all you want is the phone unlocked and do not care about the data being lost, and poor policies for the customer.

Tenorshare have always responded promptly and given the ideal answers needed.
They have provided and renewed or corrected my registration without any drama.

Tenorshare is a expensive & data was still not recovered when the product was used. Tried to speak to customer service but did not satisfy our issue. Just offered more products.
