Tennis Express

I was very excited to get my new demos when i i i received them they look fine, but the Vcore. The Vcore strings are wore down about to break, so i did not get to her this racket.

The site says they ship the same day - maybe they do, but my purchase didn't seem to arrive as quickly as purchases I have made from other online fulfillment sites. I would not have purchased here if they didn't offer free returns, which thankfully they do - because the tennis shoes I ordered did not fit.

I made my first purchase with Tennis Express in late June of this year. All of that went smoothly. I had some problems with the Fila tennis shoes so wrote to Tennis Express concerning the matter. Their site indicates they warrant the out sole for six months. Since mine were less than three months old, I contacted them by email. Three times to be exact. I included pictures of the problem I had incurred. No one from Tennis Express ever responded to any of my service issues. It became obvious that Tennis Express clearly didn't care about it's customers once the sale was made. Their supposed warranty was just empty words to make another sale. I won't make the mistake of using Tennis Express again.

A racquet that I ordered for my grand daughter was not available. A message was left on my phone. I could not get through to anyone when calling back, ended up cancelling order through on line chat. Kinda frustrating. While I was checking out the other options which took time, I got " are you stilll there?" Had I been able to speak to a real person, I would have simply switched the racquet color, because that's what I ordered from another vendor. I was, however, happy with the rest of my order.

Requested 2 day shipping. Should have arrived 12/22/17.
Did not arrive until 12/26/17.

Purchased in gray and hot pink. Great lightweight fabric. I'm petite so it was long for me; falls down to just above the length of m tennis skirt.

After ordering at least 3 times this site proves fairly easy to order from. The problem is that their sizing is WAY OFF for all of the various designers. I had to return everything. Very disappointing. Never had a problem like this before. Since when does a medium womens fit like a small and the. Large, ordered just in case fit like a medium. Not great and very expensive. Even on sale

Why do you make me pay six dollars for shipping when I just live four hours from Houston? While other people pay the same amount but live four hundred miles away. When you calculate the tax, make sure you use 1.0825 because I feel like you cheated me off for five dollars of taxes. You should make every purchase receive free shipping just like Shoe Mall.com

I ordered Nike shorts in Medium but when I pick them up and brought them home they were XL instead, which meant a trip back to the store...

TE's website says "Order today, ships today." Not true! I ordered October 3rd, but my order was not shipped until October 5th. Also, TE's confirmation e-mail of my order with the UPS tracking number was sent two days after I ordered the items. This is not good as I want to track UPS' progress of the delivery. Nevertheless, my order was correctly filled.

I've had prior orders that were delivered within 7 business days, but, this time it took over 14 days.

Arrived on time, although the box was somewhat damaged. No harm to the racquet though. The racquet, to my surprise, came strung, even though I checked the box for unstrung. Im having it strung now for $25 and am assured he will not charge to remove the strings. Hopefully no damage will be done in the process. I wonder, is this racquet a return or a demo? If so, I think I should get the return or demo price. I would very much like a response from you. Thank you in advance. Gary Hansen

Great shirts, the material is a heavier cotton, similar to a golf shirt. I was unaware of the material, but I'm pleased.

It would be helpful when requesting a customer to review or acknowledge a receipt of merchandise, that TennisExpress cites the name or picture of the merchandise. I order regularly and don't always remember which item I'm being asked to review.

Items and service were generally good. Items delivered on time. Quality of items could have been better. Polo shirt was a bit light. Also realised that I should have chosen large instead of medium. All the same, using it like that.
But overall, I'm ok

Service and delivery were good, but the tennis shoes (Asics) did not fit. Too narrow. So I had to return the shoes, but it cost $11.50 to return. Expensive way to try shoes. Makes me think twice about ordering shoes on line. Although I have done it 3 times before with Tennisexpress and it worked out fine. Shoes must fit to be a good deal.

I ordered a babolat pure drive racquet and with the purchase they were including the Babolat POP device but when it arrived the device didnt work at all, I tried emailing customer service but I havent got a response in almost a week. I chose Tennis express because I thought they were more serious than other stores but apparently Im wrong

Love the new racket but the stencil I had them put on the strings looks awful. The paint coverage was not done well, they got paint all over the racket itself, and it generally looks second class. Don't waste your money and even if it had been free, I'd still suggest going without.

I received only one pair of shorts, but was charged for two. Please credit my account accordingly.

Home page said free shipping and returns orders over $25... turns out they did not mean free returns also. Had to return $59+ shoes that didnt fit right (too narrow) and was told that the small print indicated free returns on orders over $69+. Disappointed. I returned the shoes anyway, they didnt fit right.

The latest order for the bumper guards were delivered in a timely manner. Thank you. However, unlike a previous delivery of the same items (another tennis supplier?) these were placed in a small plastic envelope and the bumpers were bent. I am not sure if this deforms the bumper, but placing these in a larger envelope would be much better.

Bad packaging, missing items...
Only part of the order arrived, one item that did arrive was damaged.
Getting in touch with them is not easy.

I understand that one of the items in my order was back-ordered, AFTER I sent an unanswered email to customer service, THEN called the customer service number and asked why it wasn't listed on the packing slip. The fellow I talked to was very nice and acknowledged the email, but the email was not answered, so I had to do the legwork to find out why.

Ordering via paypal required 4 tries before the Tennis Express site connected. Received order on time and accurately filled. Unfortunately I'll now have to "unsubscribe" from all the unsolicited emails I always get from Tennis Express after I order (and wait 2-3 months for emails to stop)
