Very bad service

I had a terrible experience with Temu support. My account credit disappeared, and support kept sending the same automated replies. No action, no resolution. Worst customer service I've dealt with. Avoid using this app if you value your time and money.

I havent received a single significant refund(from 5$ up to 80$ range), only refunds ranging 1$-2$. They dont even talk to you, they just put a bot to run you in circles.They have several methods to play the system with refunds and there is nothing you can do. I've been scammed to over 500$ and everything i tried didnt work.They split payments into several smaller ones so its close to impossible to start a dispute if you're using PayPal, PayPal wont help you.They shamelessly lie, cheat and steal, STAY AWAY.Even the comment bellow this review, if there is going to be one, is just a copy/paste, same like on other reviews.

I ordered clothing from Temu and received the wrong size. On top of that, the item was very poor in quality — completely unwearable. I paid using JazzCash and contacted Temu support immediately after receiving the item.
I explained that I have an urgent event and cannot return the item. I shared full photo evidence, yet they still refused to issue a refund. They kept pushing me to return the item even though they acknowledged the issue.
After days of going back and forth, they offered a small partial refund, which doesn't match the cost I paid or the inconvenience caused. Their customer support kept repeating the same scripted responses and ignored my actual situation.
I'm sharing this publicly so others can be careful, especially customers in Pakistan using JazzCash or who may not be able to return easily. I have uploaded screenshots to support my experience.
I hope Temu changes its customer support approach and starts treating refund issues fairly.
[UPDATE]
Temu replied publicly to this review asking me to contact support again. I did — multiple times. I explained that the items I received were not as described (wrong size and color), and I even informed them I cannot return due to an urgent event.
Still, they refused to help and insisted on a return before any refund. Their support only gives copy-paste replies and no real solution. I've now filed a payment dispute with JazzCash and will keep updating this review based on how they handle it.

WARNING! Do NOT buy from Temu! This item quality is TRASH! And now Temu is BLATANTLY committing fraud by refusing to refund my order of $103.49 for two items I returned securely via the UPS QR Code they gave me for the return. I even have the receipt to prove the return was received by UPS and both items were sent inside of the same package. Temu waited a bit of time and then sent me a note buried inside of the app saying they declined the return. They gave 2 totally different reasons: 1) because the warehouse can't find the items, so they can't give me a refund. OR 2) they say the package the warehouse received was empty. Which makes ZERO sense, since UPS would not accept and give me a receipt for an empty package! I spent over ONE HOUR on chat with customer service. And all they did was keep passing me around to 3 different departments who kept writing the same pre-written excuse with the 2 different ridiculous stories (wAREHOUSE can't find the package or the package was empty when the WAREHOUSE received it.) I pointed out to them that I should not be penalized for what happens in their warehouse after they legitimately received the package through UPS, which is a reputable source. I also pointed out that maybe their warehouse staff stole the contents of the package?! I have demanded a refund but they continue to ignore me. I have been a loyal customer for a long time, but this is inexcusable and I want to warn people to NEVER shop with them again unless you want to be ripped off. My guess is that since the packages might be sent from China, now that they have new tariffs in place — Temu simply doesn't want to bother to ship the returned packages back, so they want to blame the customers by claiming that the packages weren't received or were empty?! I wish I could give Temu ZERO stars…but the minimum allowed was 1 star.

Disappointed

I've been shopping on Temu for years, but lately it feels like the platform has become a joke. I can no longer recommend it to anyone. If you're unlucky, you might end up wasting your time waiting for an order that gets delivered incorrectly. And what's their solution? Either they re-ship the item or refund your money. But what about your time? How do they compensate for the days or even weeks you lost waiting? They don't. It's frustrating and disappointing to see how little they value their customers' time. I personally will not be shopping with them anymore, and I strongly recommend others not to either.

Title: Extremely disappointed – Temu failed to deliver and cheated! I placed an order for a full 3-piece suit on Temu, and what I received was nothing but an empty code—no suit, no waistcoat, nothing at all. I paid cash on delivery and trusted the platform. But Temu not only failed to send the actual product, they also refunded me in Temu credit, even though I clearly requested refund to my original payment method. I sent them emails, I provided proof, I even filed a complaint with UAE Consumer Protection—but Temu chose to ignore everything. I work hard to earn every dirham—I don't get money for free. Since Christmas, they have stolen so much money from me it's insane. I have had seven orders that never arrived to my home always the same excuse fromtwo different shipping companies that they were unable to deliver yet I was home every single time they were supposed to be delivery. There were no construction. There was no reason that they should not have delivered my package. This has been a vicious circle leaving my kids without Christmas presents this year because they didn't deliver right now. I'm waiting for refunds forseven weeks on products that were undelivered. They have gone from having open communication with phone lines and service managers and supervisors to only buy email. I don't expect to ever see my money back. They have stolen from a single mama unacceptable. Buyer stay away from this company. They've gone downhill in the last six months and I'm not the only one I know so many people who have been robbed by this company with refusal to refund or partial refund or no refund at all in my case.

I received my package and the material was so thin and item was cheaply made so returned if after "chatting" with them. I asked that the money be returned to the original payment method. It never came so I have now "chatted" with them again. Just stock answers over and over again. I think they finally got that I did not want an account but wanted my money back. They said it was solved but I will wait to see. As I said do not use this website. A huge scam

I'm first time using this website, looking good prices and items. This is my story. Temu offers free shipping and return. Sounds good. After I receive my order I try to contact to Customer Service, which starts on03/23/25 and continues now. Return label didn't come with my package. I am trying to get from them vain. They have no phone number all correspondence is going through email. 12 days I hit the wall. They refused to send return Labels, to refund money to my bank. Instead they insisted that I take credit and use this credit for more shopping. Each time I contacted them they asked same questions: what is your order number. What is your problem.? And avoid solving the problem. Like you hitting the wall again and again This website is SCAM. THEY ARE trying to lure you for more shopping

I never received my order, even though the tracking indicated it was 'successfully delivered.' Temu repeatedly closed my complaint without taking it seriously and even claimed it was 'too late' for an investigation, despite their own delays.

PostNL confirmed through their system that Temu never contacted them, even though Temu falsely claimed they had. They also confirmed that if Temu had contacted them, they would have verified that the package was not delivered.

Klarna was also unable to help as Temu refused to cooperate. Now I am left without my money and no resolution. Do not buy from Temu if you expect your order to arrive or any form of customer service!

This teenager platform has to be banned, because, 1st of all they attract you with their ads to purchase and save, receive credits, but it's by the end just trap, anyway, the biggest thing is that, when you buy something like it happened to me. I bought a bull$#*! BLACKVIEW PHONE, in their description they said 128GB + SD CARD OF 2TB, I paid $114 for it, once received, the sd card was missing, and when you turn it on, you have to wait few minutes for it just to be on, I took a video and sent it to them, they said that, THE SELLER HAS 7 BUSINESS DAYS TO MAKE A DECISION, after this 7 days, they closed the case, I said what this kind of management is this, i got an incomplete order, and you say the case is closed? So anyone once to scam people this is the right place, just list a diamond and send toy to the customers, and you don't have to worry about anything else. The customers are the losers in this game. What kind of management do you call this? Bull$#*! of course, anyway, I have $45 credit, I will try to move it to my account or spend it to buy a toy, and then CLOSE MY ACCOUNT FOREVER.

I have checked the video for package missing the TEMU driver threw the package on my veranda took a picture went back in his car drove off, he must've parked his car somewhere close, bacause he returned within 4 minutes …Nonchalantly walked straight back to my veranda taking the package with him!
The package was not viewable from the street at all! You couldn't even see it from the street! But he knew it was there as he walked straight to it taking the package with him, continuing to walk back towards where he came from!
Temu? Your drivers are thrives! THIEVES!
It's happened twice packages went missing for my tenant! Please hire trustworthy means of transportation?!

I am someone who do not purchase items online. This happened to be first time online purchase experience. Their items are the types poured down at Oshodi for 2k. Simply put Temu items are horribly too poor. I WILL not advise anyone to buy from TEMU. They are Scammers as ITEMS displayed are utterly different from what they will send to you. Please if you value your money do not shop with TEMU. They have conned me twice! Claiming that they did not receive return items. I videos including CCTV footage as proof while handing over all the items to the delivery guy.

This is the second time TEMU has conned me. Looks like we might have to test the power of social media and Consumer Support and see if TEMU is as good as they've been lying to thousands.
You may keep the money, my refund will be the thousands of customers you'll lose.
Let's do this!

For the sake of those who think am brutal, see the secreeshots of TEMU acting nice and like they care after a bad review to fool the world then the response on their so called customer service conning me in broad day light, claiming that items were not returned.

They had earlier tried offering a partial refund which I rejected! Then they started asking for tracking number, return id etc. I shared everything.They came back and said they've refunded and since I didn't receive any refund or confirmation msg, I asked for evidence or proof, to which I received a final response TEMU regrets they cannot refund items which were not returnd and that while customer may be disappointed, there's nothing they can do about it...and just like that I was conned for a second time under the smae circumstances and lies...TEMU are good at stealing from customers these ones. Worst shopping experience ever!

Don't shop with temu. I was warned but didn't listen so am warning you not to burn your fingers and lose your money like I did. TEMU conned me AED 455 four months ago. They sent faulty goods,asked me to return them which i did but then they lied to have refunded which never happened
In November 2024, I had a repeat of the same. This time a whole AED 675!
My friends had warned me about TEMU. I should have listened.
After I returned their items, they started playing charade to con me again claiming not to have received them yet i recorded all evidence including building footage of the courier guy picking all the items cause I sought of anticipated that they might repeat the con act. I tried to convince myself that this was just a mistake but to my utter surprise it's not. Temu cons its customers and takes advantage of them
They even asked me to cancel the return request and create a new one after I had returned the items so that they could say they attempted to collect the items but none were returned. Since they missed using this trick at first
TEMU then ridiculously and shamelessly went ahead to ask me instead of following up on my refund to accept a partial refund and keep the items as a gift. The items which I returned...I paid in full like wth?
To top it up, the delivery was done way later than promised on the order details

3 packages were sent by e-miile courier which the courier indicated on their website were delivered. I contacted the courier who confirmed that the packages were still at their warehouse. Neither Temu nor the courier have provided me with an address for pick up. Temu refuses to refund because the courier's tracking says delivered. I have been in contact with Temu for months now. Temu keeps promising to investigate and then nothing happens. Don't buy from Temu. Scam website. I am out hundreds of dollars.

Temu hired a courier service that won't deliver to my address. I have 3 orders that I cannot get delivered and Temu refuses to refund. Temu insisted that I spend an enormous amount of time proving non-delivery. That is very difficult when the courier co won't answer their phones or respond to emails. I am out $170.
