Very pleased with my Christmas centerpiece sent to my daughter. Prettier than the picture, and delivered as promised.
Ordered a plant arrangement for Valentine's Day shipped for 2/13 date. When received not only was it smaller but it was a different arrangement altogether. I tried to get them to rectify the situation since it was still one day before Valentines but all they offered was a $20 refund. I'm extremely disappointed with their service and will never order from them again. I don't recommend anyone else does either.
Arrived on time but very disappointed in size and quality for a premium price. Not as pictures in ad. No pink roses, small bouquet of other flowers. I will not be ordering again.

I like the flowers, and I like the fact that they use local florists, but my goodness they are expensive!
I understand that substitutions need to be made at times so this was likely my fault for not just buying what I wanted to begin with. I'm not sure what the point is in ordering purple tulips that are listed in the website when the florist can give you what they have in stock without a phone call or anything. Learned my lesson. I won't pay this kind of price for something I'm not sure of in the future
While the flowers I ordered were as pictured and very fresh and lovely, I had also ordered mylar balloons to go with it. Because of the world helium shortage, they substituted chocolates for the gift - understandable. The problem came when the chocolates were possibly pulled from King Tuts tomb! They were dry, ashy and horrible. This was a gift and I was horrified to be the giver. Please don't substitute if you're going to send chocolates more than 100 years old.
Flowers that were received for recipients birthday weren't not even close to what was ordered off the website. Arrangement was nice, but not close to what I ordered.
Order a boquete for my wedding anniversary using this service. I realize pictures are never reflective of an actual thing but should be at least 90% there and not have dead flowers. Either way I'll be going back to my local guy like I did before and pick my own boquete at a cheaper price. Lesson learned.
I sent a flower bouquet to my aunt and it looked nothing like the photo from the picture. I realize local florists have the right to choose different flowers but I thought it was supposed to be as close to the photo as possible. They didn't put roses in the Pretty Please bouquet. This is disappointing.
Yes, the flowers were pricey but they served the purpose sending love and joy to my wife on our anniversary. I would say everything went as it was supposed to EXCEPT I paid $15 extra for a delivery time before 1 PM. The flowers showed up at 2:30 PM! So at the end of the day the price tag for an expensive gift was even more costly for no additional service given.
I ordered a rose plant for a sympathy gift, but what was sent was a bouquet of flowers. While the bouquet was pretty, it was not what I wanted to send. I like sending plants as sympathy gifts because they last longer. I wish that I had been notified that the plant I wanted wasn't available. I would have ordered a different one. Now the flowers will die and all the recipient will have left is a vase. Sad.
I do like Teleflora and always order flowers from you... but this time I found your prices outrageous! I was not allowed to order smaller less expensive item since it was indicated that in my zip code I had to order the Deluxe! What? Do I live in an expensive area? NOT! No reason was given. I placed the order only because I didn't have time to research another vendor, but next time I will. Another review called you 'Thieves!' C'mon. Not fair and bad for business.
I paid a lot of money for a cascading flower arrangement and the flowers didn't come close to the pictures. Telaflora should make sure the florist carries what the website offers.
Pro and con:
Pro: My order was delivered promptly and the recipient was happy with the flowers. This is why I gave it 3 stars.
Con? It's obvious, see the pictures below: 1st picture is what I ordered, 2nd picture is what was delivered: a messy bouquet with no "delicate purple orchids, and mini bamboo" as it was promised by Teleflora
It was my first and last experience with them.
Confused service. I dont know how to track my order. However the flower on the website looks pretty good
I'm not going to be negative because I'm just about to make my call to see how they would like to handle my issue, and I will write a follow up review.
I ordered the very large 40" tall floor plant for my mother in laws birthday on 4-21 and did same day delivery. I just visited and saw what she received and it's not even close. She received some greens and a few flowers in a (we'll say) medium size basket (based on the website, med is 14-15" wide). She has it sitting on a table and it's just not what I paid for. I did agree to the terms of the local florist having to substitute with similar items but in this case I really feel I should've been contacted and advised they could fulfill my order and would I like to choose something else or go shop somewhere else. It could be all on the local florist but I paid teleflora. We'll see how this call goes...
To be continued
Unfortunately the flowers and the elephant holder that arrived looked very different (e.g., flower colors and elephant holder and its colors) from the website picture. It was a bit disappointing for the $79 purchase and delivery price of the gift. If I had seen the delivered version (picture below) on the website, I would not have ordered it.
I had an easy time using the website to order, however after I got my email confirmation I received a text saying there is a problem with the order and to reply "YES" to get detailed info. I responded and they've yet to tell me what's wrong. If there's a reason it's undeliverable such as they don't deliver to that area or they're completely out of stock of the flowers in it, I shouldn't be able to complete my transaction. Hopefully it's minor, and I can update this to a better score. Communication is everything in customer service industries.
I was asked if I wanted to pay $15 extra to have it delivered by 1pm. Unfortunately, it didn't get delivered until 3:40. The delivery guy was great calling first and dropping them off with a smile to my wife. She was happy with him but to say you will have them there by a certain time and they don't arrive after I pay the extra money is pretty frustrating. Other than that, I was very happy with the experience and the entire process. I would recommend but just not paying for any extra cross sell items that are available.
I send flowers quite frequently. I always get a snapshot back from the recipients. Often it looks nothing like the picture in the online catalog. But usually still nice.
Again, during the finalization of my order there was a 20% off red tag stating enter your email and take 20% of now. That means my order right now! That discount did not happen and it should have been explained better. Al Brown
Site was very slow. After starting my checkout I tried to use my reward points. They withdrew them from my account but I couldn't redeem them anywhere. Tried to use the online chat for assistance, but no one ever helped me. VERY FRUSTRATING! And my points are gone!
I was determined to get these flowers ordered but it took too many tries over days too get it finalized. The site kept refusing the combination of the city, state, zip code and country and I kept redoing it. I contacted customer service with no reply and then finally I went in this morning and did exactly what I had been doing many times over this past week and it went through. I have ordered these anniversary flowers for the same couple every year and registered everything with this site so it shouldn't be this hard.
Sending this arrangement to an out of town friend for her birthday. Ordered the premium arrangement, which the total cost was near 80.00. The arrangement was small and quite embarrassing. First time using Teleflora, and definitely my last.
Paid $90 + delivery for $35 worth of flowers. Appreciate the same day delivery, paid dearly for it. Will be very reluctant in the future to use this service again.
Nice variety to choose from. Different sizes and helpful. Very reasonably priced. I would recommend to all of my friends.
Ordered flowers for my mother on Mother's day and she won't get them till almost a week late. Just don't like when it's late and still have to pay a $20 service fee when that is a fee for prompt service. The fee should be half since it isn't same day or next day.
Flowers always hand-delivered by local florists make a perfect gift. Send fresh flowers online for any occasion this year and make loved ones smile.
