A good experience on the fast and free delivery. However the goods were delivered into 2 batches without any customer notice, which made customer confused at the beginning. I'm very happy with the components I got for the price; most other places I looked would have been several hundred more for similar specs. When I received the PC, there were some major issues that I was not able to solve myself since I am not much of a tech person. Luckily, I was able to reach out to support and, while it did take longer than I would have liked, they were able to fix the issue in a way that I was happy with. Now, the PC is comfortably running demanding games and software. Overall, I would recommend Xidax to most people as long as you don't mind doing a little bit of your own quality control before you boot the thing up.

His product knowledge, listening skills, friendliness, and attitude are exceptional. Purchased a laptop 2 days ago that suited my needs with his helpful suggestions. All locations would rate better with consumers if more employees had his standard for customer service and communication. Heck, anyone in corporate or entrepreneurship could learn from him.
