I ordered a sweatshirt from Teespring and the one I got had what was clearly a misprint. The print was fuzzy and looked double-printed: not at all what was advertised. I requested a refund and didn't get a response for 7 business days. Finally, they said I could get a refund, so I confirmed that I wanted one. At the time of this writing, 19 business days since I sent that confirmation, I still haven't received a refund. This is among the worst experiences I've ever had with an online merchant. Stay away. They're basically con artists stealing your money. I lost over 40 bucks for nothing.

A special order product I received was not working properly so I started a claim - the item was supposed to have been replaced after another run was produced - unfortunately, the replacement never came, and by the time I remembered I was supposed to get a replacement I emailed again, and got no response... I stared a second claim and Ruel took great care of me... sadly, the item I wanted was out of production! I was able to order anything else off the site at the same price, but I was disappointed my first claim fell thru the cracks.

I did hear back from Teespring and I was able to pick another style shirt to replace the one I wasn't satisfied with. I didn't get a refund but rather a replacement. I'm hoping the new shirt fits better. The person I emailed with was very nice.

I ordered a sweatshirt and it was poorly printed. I had a hard time getting ahold of customer service. I reached out several times and was getting close to my 30 days because of this. I reached out on the live chat 2 times the first time was assured they were going to reach back out to ne and then I herd nothing. I reached out again and a customer service rep applied a full refund on spot and they told me to keep the defect shirt. Even though I will probably just throw it away due to the misprint I am greatful to the team for doing their best to make it right.

I made a review a few weeks ago... and I believ it was pretty rough. I didnt take the fact that Covid had shut down our entire nation and I expected the impossible. I received my shirt and I couldnt be happier. I apologize to Teespring and I will be a continued customer.

I ordered 3 Hoodies. All came looking great and of a nice soft fleece. I live on a little island up in Canada so I was leery about ordering Christmas presents internationally. These fortunately came a week earlier than originally projected. Thank you guys! I know you cant control the postal service, but you made the products and shipped them out in good time :)

Edit to original post: Teespring has made good on my transaction. Bottom line, they followed up with excellent communication and have issued me a full refund. It is possible the original artwork was not high quality enough, but teespring went above and beyond to make things right with me. It is nice to see good customer service these days.

Prints come out blurry and do not look high quality. When contacting them, they said this was normal. Would not recommend purchasing from them or using them to print you shirts.

After my previous review, Teespring not only refunded my money promptly, but ordered and shipped out a new one. The reorder came in a timely manner. My daughter loves it, but I think the quality is just ok. It has held up in the wash. Then today the original sweatshirt came. It shipped from the UK (other sweatshirt came from stateside) with a postage date of 4/30. The sweatshirt material is different than the other one, but I think the screen printing looks more vibrant. When I went back to the original tracking information and it still shows that it's in transit. Now we have both sweatshirts and my daughter is happy.

I ordered a sweatshirt on April 18,2020. Received rather prompt notification that the order had shipped with an expected delivery date of May 15 - 18,2020. The FAQs said to contact customer service if we did not receive the order during the expected time frame. I sent an email on May 20,2020 and have not received a response. Tracking info has been the same since May 15th. I understand that there are delays due to the global pandemic, but I think 12 days is sufficient time to wait for a reply. In contrast, I contacted 5 Below customer service on a Saturday morning a few weeks ago because they didn't ship my entire order. I had a resolution in 4 hours. I cannot comment on quality of product. I will gladly update this review upon receipt of my order and if I receive a reply to my customer service inquiry from May 20.

I ordered Napster, to be delivered into Canada. Not fast printing nor mailing, but I blame issues around Covid 19 for slow delivery. Once the pkg entered Canada, there was no tracking (not good). But customer service always responded quickly to my emailed inquiries and even printed a 2nd poster when first didn't come as expected. I would order again.

I had ordered a shirt. Right thing wasn't written on the shirt. E-mailed the company right away. Within hours they responded back. Got the problem solved quickly. I know I will order other items from this company.

I brought 3 hoodies and paid £7.99 each for delivery to the UK. I couldn't consolidate into 1 delivery and then when finally got to me I Then had to pay another £11.86 each for customs. Appreciate customs needs to be paid but make it easier to buy more than one item with just 1 delivery charge and include money to cover customs. 3 tops that cost about £83.00 ended up costing not far off £150. Otherwise excellent quality.

At first I was unimpressed as my order was shipped incorrectly (missing one of two items). However, the customer service department got back to me regarding this issue promptly and immediately took steps to rectify the situation for me in a very friendly and conciliatory way. I was very impressed with that; I would buy from this website again, knowing that.

I ordered and designed 5 products as 2020 Christmas gifts for my family (using 300+ dpi, about 7000x5000 px. Canvases and fairly print friendly designs). Reading the reviews I thought it would take months to deliver, so I ordered them 5 months in advance! Surprisingly, the day after the order, 4 of them were already printed and shipped. At first I was anxious bc 2 of the orders that shipped couldn't locate the shipping number for 4 days, until immediately after I emailed customer support, it began showing the updates xD so for anyone with the same worries, just be a bit more patient. Anyway, after just 5 days, 2 of my packages arrived despite of covids delays! It even arrived several days before it said it would. A tote bag and a premium next level tee shirt arrived, I was already expecting terrible quality, but the quality I received was pretty average. Not bad, not good. Still decent Christmas gifts. The texture of the shirt was a bit pasty, with a slight halo effect, and it felt like it could come off if scratched hard, but it was pretty okay. The words were also a bit hard to see but that's my fault for using a dark blue instead of a black, and the warm grey shirt color came a bit more green than expected but still good. The tote bag was about the same, but the texture was a bit sticky to the touch, not amazing, not bad. The name on the back of the tote was a bit lower than I had designed it, but it still looked good and centered in most angles. However, there's a buttoned pocket in the inside and it's impossible to open! The button won't open without ripping the fabric and hurting your fingers. Overall the quality was pretty decent for a print on demand company, but still not the best. They will still make great and high quality gifts tho, but dont expect the highest of quality screen printing or DTG printing. I will make another review when the other 2 shirts get here and the mug (I will also review the wash quality). I'm pretty satisfied and moderately happy with my order :) delivery was fast despite covid, and the quality was averagly decent, but theyll still make amazing gifts.

I have ordered two T-shirts and a mug from the Classical Numismatics online shop which were printed on demand by teespring. Unfortunately, even though I ordered both T-shirts in a size M, they varied in size and overall were a bad fit for me. For some reason the distance from shoulder to shoulder was less than the measurement from underarm to underarm which they provide online.
Additionally, one of the T-shirts didn't even remotely resemble the colour it was depicted as online. The mug arrived later (I had to pay 13€ for shipping as they apparently were not able to ship the whole order in one box...) and the print quality was not good at all, especially when it comes to finer lines and lettering.
Of course I contacted customer support and was required to provide photos of my products as evidence, however in their answer it was merely stated that the correct colour had been delivered and that a variety of brands is used to ensure availability. I think this was supposed to somehow explain the differences in size and colour. Even though I remained friendly throughout the entire conversation, I was denied a replacement or a refund. Not even for a single item.
I feel like other potential costumers should really think it through before placing an order. If you order the wrong size (and measurements on the website weren't entirely accurate in my case) or aren't happy with the colour or print quality, there is a good chance you will not see your money back - and prices are pretty steep as is in my opinion. I paid over 100€ for some T-shirts I cannot wear and a mug I don't really enjoy looking at...

EDIT:
After teesprings reaction to my review, I reached out to them once again. They offered to refund or replace the items I was not satisfied with and said that I could even keep the original order. This is the customer experience I had originally hoped for and I am happy that everything is finally resolved. The only drop of bitterness remaining is that it took several emails and this review to get to this point...

I ordered a mug with 'end him rightly' written on the side with a graphic, the product arrived in immaculate condition with a lovely colour to it, the graphic isn't as focussed as I'd like, but for such a detailed graphic it's fine. Shipping was slightly longer than estimated, but being from a different country it's expected. All in all it's a good service with a lot of personalisation and choice.

Tip for consumers:
Double check your specifications on orders before the campaign to fund the product ends.

The site is easy to navigate through, but when you say you have 10% or more off on a purchase I dont see much of the difference. The shipping cost pretty much just took over my percentage off. Its expensive to order from this site. Yea the designs are cool and I have ordered plenty of shirts and even a phone case. But I have found other funny designs elsewhere that are much less $ and for free shipping. Something that this site might want to consider.

I recently started selling merchandise from teespring for my YouTube storefront. I ordered samples of a variety of my products. Most of them were great quality especially the sweatshirt, but the mug print was off and left a big blank space on the mug that was out of place. They refunded my money and I took that product off my storefront, but it leads me to not trust designs if I don't get a sample to see for myself what it looks like.

I love my tee. They run a bit small, though. I only plan on wearing it in my garden. The lettering and design is wonderful. The design feels as though it is velvet. Overall the shirt is very nice and the color of the material is very bright. They need to offer bigger sizes, though. My tee arrived quickly. From the time I ordered it, and received it, was 2 weeks.

Teespring has made it so easy to run my business. I'm a full time mom and don't really have the time to control a full fledged high features website so this is the perfect amount for me. I love the easy to make products, I just wish there was more products that didn't seem to have an error behind it when you try to add it to the store. If you guys aka the company basically added the products you have locked/unlocked for everyone to make I would definitely stay as a teespring customer and keep my business with you guys.

Tip for consumers:
There are certain glitches that seems to come and go between products. You can buy clothing but also sell clothing for a cheap price of $11.99/annually and $9.99/monthly for extra security with artwork.

After writing this review, TeeSpring has handled the case very well. They have reviewed the photos I sent and have issued reprints. They have also stepped up communications and everything is good now.

The product quality is excellent for the pillows and I am now waiting to receive the correct size pillows. I know I'll have to cover customs again but I'm happy with TeeSpring now.

Ordered 6 pillows which, after Customs, came to over $300 for 18"x18" pillows. Four pillows arrived 16"x16" and two arrived the correct size. I took several photos and sent them in but they still have not agreed to ship out the correct-sized pillows. I understand people make mistakes but the way a store handles their mistakes defines a great store from a mediocre one. At this point, I don't even have a matching set of pillows I can give for Christmas to the girls and they were so looking forward to having Aphmau pillows. The incorrect size pillows are still in their packaging ready to be shipped back if Teespring will send out the correct sized pillows that I paid for. I'll update the review if Teespring makes things right.

So far I've ordered two items from teespring. The first being a tee; having compared my three older shirts with printed designs (and having treated each equally) I can say the printed colors, almost exclusively black, on my teespring shirt have shown significantly greater signs of degradation. This was most notably apparent after a single wash. Though the image is still there and the shirt it's on is, comparing to a Duluth Trading CO tee, serviceable in terms of durability and fit.

The second was the Lucas plush. Firstly, though the pre-order took much longer than projected, I personally found their response/difficulties perfectly reasonable. My inquiry was responded to in a satisfactory and timely (24h) manner, and the mass e-mail update they sent everyone on the pre-order was reassuring in that they were indeed experiencing unforeseen delays as well.
Now, the Lucas plush itself. Despite the minor loose bits of fabric and less than serviceable speaker inside, this plush was VERY much worth the wait. The build design is phenomenal in maintaining the true shape of Lucas (especially the legs). It's colors are vibrant and stitching is sharp. Also I must mention it wouldn't seem like it could tolerate much abuse; I wouldn't trust it to last with an unmindful child.

I'll perhaps be more careful when picking out tees with them again, but I'll certainly be picking out from them again. Wholeheartedly recommend (as a consumer of the end product).

I'd also like mention and thank the customer support team, who actually read and respond to these reviews. Highly commendable and appreciated.

Ordering process went smoothly on two separate occasions. Orders arrived within expected time, seemed longer but probably because i wanted my stuff... t-shirt i received was printed great, got detail in a complicated design. Quality of shirt itself is nice, soft and lightweight, roomy but not huge. Same for hoodie i ordered later. Nice print, hood of same quality. A soft, lighter than expected cloth. Fits well, love it. Overall 4\5 stars because the price of each was high, i guess pay for good work and materials,.

Just want to point out how helpful and reliable their customer service actually is. My ordered item didn't arrive at the scheduled time and didn't have the tracking number since the order was made in EU, but still, I was offered a full refund or re-print. Fortunately, it arrived two days later filed a complaint.

We are fans of Tee Spring and will keep using them. However, we find it difficult to really connect well with our customers through the interface, and the online store front is entirely too limiting. We could sell more shirts if we could show off all the styles and colors we have selected. Still, they have done everything they said they would do and in a very timely manner. Just not a "raving" fan yet...

My friend (and guitar player of over 37 years) was recently diagnosed with cancer. His insurance company would not cover the FDA approved $25,000 treatment that he needed to survive. I started a GoFundMe and was directed to the Teespring website as another fundraising source for my friend. Teespring does not charge any up-front costs AT ALL. This is a great way to raise funds for a good cause.
It takes a while to maneuver around their site. The only downside to Teespring is that their customer service is a bit scattered and could use improvement. Other than that, Teespring is pretty decent.
