I had an issue with product received and I contacted them and they immediately responded asking me what I would like instead and I replied back and received my new product within the month! I will definitely be ordering from them again! Great customer service with absolutely no hesitation!
I ordered a sweatshirt from Teespring and the one I got had what was clearly a misprint. The print was fuzzy and looked double-printed: not at all what was advertised. I requested a refund and didn't get a response for 7 business days. Finally, they said I could get a refund, so I confirmed that I wanted one. At the time of this writing, 19 business days since I sent that confirmation, I still haven't received a refund. This is among the worst experiences I've ever had with an online merchant. Stay away. They're basically con artists stealing your money. I lost over 40 bucks for nothing.
They have shipped my Item and have refunded the shipping fee I believe. If it arrives when it says it does ill be satisfied.
I ordered 1 sweatshirt a month ago it's been printing for a month now. If I don't receive my order in the next couple of days I'm never going to order from this place again.
I ordered a hoodie from England for delivery in USA, for a family member to bring to me when they visited. I didn't get the hoodie for several weeks after it was delivered to USA address. When I opened the package the print on the front was so blurry, I couldn't focus on it. I have sent two emails without any replies, so I am stuck with a much wanted Christmas present for my daughter (which she desperately wanted, and I could only get from USA) which I cannot give her. $40 in the bin!
Update; I was contacted by customer service and received a refund and the customer service representative was very helpful and quick with replies, seeing as I am based in England. Sad the product wasn't good enough but customer service was very good in the end.
I will say, that the quality of the shirts I have ordered has been good so far. As for the customer service, it is totally hit and miss. Sometimes they respond almost immediately and are very friendly. Other times, the problems are the customer's fault or they just out right seem to ignore you and not respond. I had a simple request to add a charity to a set of designs I was selling and it was three weeks, five emails and two on site messages before I received a response. When I did get a response, it was taken care of quickly. These were charities that I had added to merchandise before with no issue, so I knew they were approved and it should be fast. Still not sure why it took three weeks and so many tries to get a response. I will say that the person who responded, Aaron, has been excellent in taking care of my requests. I also sent another request a few days ago to the general email given to add charities, and again, they are unresponsive. Looks like I will have to email Aaron again.
I ordered product for a Christmas present the printed colours were different from what I ordered was meant to have yellow and white writing instead we just got white writing didn't mention how much delivery was going to cost until after I paid for it and then delivery took a while the expected delivery date window changed from original one not overly happy with that

Tee Spring seemed like a great website! I have yet to receive my order in the mail so I can't comment on how the product is. The only downfall is the shipping speed along with getting emails about my order quality. How am I supposed to answer the questions when the emails beat my order? I feel as if surveys and reviews are inaccurately filled out due to not having orders in hand when filling them out.
The T-Shirts I ordered are excellent in design and quality, everything as expected. When problems with the shipping (Germany, DHL) occured and I needed help from Teespring, the promised response time (24 hours, one business day) was not held. In fact, even up to now I have got no answer. The shirts arrived 3 days later, I tried to notify Teespring - no reply until now.
I ordered two samples from my own store. They look great and I like the quality of the material used. It was just text, no graphics, but exactly what I wanted. The website, however, drives me crazy. It could be me, but I've worked online for years, so... I somehow have two different stores and am trying to combine them, hopefully will figure it out one of these weeks. I have not been able to delete products I posted wrongly or just don't want there anymore. I could swear I never asked for any all-over prints and want them GONE. Am waiting on a "callback".
Was forced to reorder the item as the first one apparently got lost in transit. Disgusted that it took so long.

In my initial review I stated the chemical odor was overwhelming. I use high quality laundry soap it lost the majority of the smell after one, but went ahead and washed again and then was happy to rock this shirt -

Today I am unable to size a design once placed on a t-shirt. Worked yesterday. Customer service takes days to respond to CHAT! Fuggetabout talking to an actual person. Also, I cannot add two designs on the same style garment, and total listings are limited. Finally, just received my first sample with printing on the back and the shirt sticks to my leather chair. What's that about. I love the layout of the store (adding items in a desired order is a real chore) but am, overall, too disappointed to continue with the service. Pity
The tee shirts shrink after being washed. I would recommend that customers order a size larger than what they normally wear. The graphics were good on the shirts and very quick delivery.

I ordered two articles of clothing from this website. The print and overall quality of the long sleeve shirt I bought was fine (though a bit larger than expected after using their sizing questionnaire) but the hoodie with the SAME print design was horrible. Not only was the print much smaller when compared to the shirt but the quality of the print was terrible. Very blurry and looked overall incomplete as if it was running out of ink and stretched what it had left. Very disappointed.

Not happy I pay extra to receive my items and they didn't come like promised! Could have just saved the extra bc not going to receive it till the later date anyway. That was very misleading.

They required that I provide a screen shot of the original order before they could process a replacement order. Had a great experience selecting my t-shirt on the site but the tracking service through DHL was horrible, never knew where my shipment was after it was passed to the Delivery Agent (USPS). They need to follow Amazon's lead, anytime I order from them doesn't matter who ships it I have tracking from the minute it's shipped until it touches my doorstep. DUMP DHL!... use UPS, FedEx, or someone else! Will not order from this site again until they fix the shipping issues. -US Marine..."punctuality saves lives."
I ordered two different T-Shirts on the same day in two different orders. One was larger than I thought and the second was significantly smaller, more of a child's size although it was supposed to be large. All that I've ordered in the past have been on the overly large size. I don't know why this happens. Printing is good though.

The t-shirts were "short " they're more wide than long, not happy at all. And tbe quality of the hoody was sub-standard, not at all what I was expecting considering what I had to pay for them. These are 10 t-shirts, not 25. Only gave it a 3 because of the ability to do custom wording but even that was just ok
The same designers seem to flood so many categories of this business, with many so so designs, that it makes me feel like giving up before I try it... sad. It looks like a wonderful idea...
Reading about a man who made more than 400 St Patrick's Day t shirts... well, he would just flood out all the other designers...?
I'm not upset because I really just bought the shirts for charity but I can't wear mine because they run very very small. Also, the coloring on the light grey is not as shown in ad... in fact, lettering hardly shows up. Again, all good because the proceeds from sales went to Rockport Tx, victims of Harvey. Just know that you need to really size up when ordering.

The t shirts have got extremely thin I have undershirts that are better quality the emblem on back seams good at least before washing.
I have ordered many shirts from Tee Spring for myself and family. The shirt itself is great quality, but for the price you pay for the shirt and shipping, you would think that they would add a little something on the front of the tee. Almost all my tees from Tee Spring have nothing on the front. Looks like a plain tee shirt with not message. Their shirts have so much to say on the back. I think something simple on the front left breast wood be perfect.

Long story short, the hoodie finally arrived. TeeSprings response was quite quick. Guess this was okay after all.
Basically I paid for a sweatshirt which never arrived. I would not recommend this site. And because I have to write 100 characters, although I did say all there is to say, here are some more characters.
I bought 3 shirts for a New York concert with the city and dates and they sent me the wrong city and dates for the other concerts for the same tour, Especially when you had an order number and the dates and the city's I wanted, Now they're reprinting the shirts and hopefully I can get them in time for my New York concert
