I ordered a sweatshirt from Teespring and the one I got had what was clearly a misprint. The print was fuzzy and looked double-printed: not at all what was advertised. I requested a refund and didn't get a response for 7 business days. Finally, they said I could get a refund, so I confirmed that I wanted one. At the time of this writing, 19 business days since I sent that confirmation, I still haven't received a refund. This is among the worst experiences I've ever had with an online merchant. Stay away. They're basically con artists stealing your money. I lost over 40 bucks for nothing.

My friends and I ordered some shirts from them, and the quality for all the shirts was terrible. The prints were flakey and cracked when I got them, with my shirt missing a whole chunk out of the print, and didn't even last a round in the washing machine. It's just really disappointing to see this, especially when I rely on them for my merch store.

I am in a rock band. T-Shirts and Merch is not my thing but a necessary part of the band world. I wanted to find something simple to give our fans a chance to buy a T-shirt without me having to worry about sales and product. Teespring sounded perfect! My first attempt with the company went really well. I even purchased a sample and everything was great. So decided to go all in and set up a full store site with our various logos. That's when everything went to crap.
The web site from a sellers point of view looks friendly but it crashes ALL THE TIME. I can't get beyond the first launcher page of adding the logo. Once I do that everything crashes. I get that sites can have issues. I have tried every day for the past 7 days with the same issues. At this point I am about to give up. But I did have that one positive interaction and the process is simple when it does work. So I contacted their support (at least I think I did because they are sort of cryptic)... crickets! So I am about to say good bye to TeeSpring and look for a similar company for rock band merch... any suggestions?

Tee spring seems to have cut its customer service staff. Issues take a long time to be resolved, as a Creator I would place spot orders for giveaways, and if it actually got made the orders would be wrong ie. Wrong color shirt size and blurry.
I have had other people contact me saying they received the more than they ordered or double orders and I would have to just say keep it as a give since they where not charged.

Purchased this Bondi rescue hoodie ($70+CDN + import fees) for myself for Christmas. Design started to fall off after 2nd wash. I always wash my hoodies inside out & cold cycle. I own 23 hoodies. Have never come across such poor quality. Very disappointed :( (pic are web pics vs condition now)
**Update: replacement or credit pending. Appreciated however still out import fees and was really excited for this hoodie.

Our community theatre uses Spring for merch. I want to support the theatre and have mementos of shows my kids are in. The logo on literally every single t-shirt or sweatshirt I bought from this site has crumbled off in the laundry between the first and third wash. At first, I'd contact the company and let them know and they'd replace the shirt with another one that would crumble and fall off. Then they just stopped answering emails. I had to stop ordering- even though I love supporting the theatre and want the shirts- because it's a waste of money if you can only wear the clothes once or twice before the design fades.

The coffee cups and pint glasses do hold up, so I gave them two stars instead of one. It's just a shame we can't have the shirts. And a shame they stopped responding. I think they thought I was trying to get free merch but I just want shirts that last for more than one wear!

Tip for consumers:
Don’t buy the shirts. Only purchase the drinkware. The shirt logos will crumble right off!

I paid $54.00 to receive a Gildan sweatshirt and the printing quality was not as bright as I thought it was going to be. It was very dull, like I already wore and washed the sweatshirt a few times. Not too happy about that.

We have had a good experience with TeeSpring except for the delivery of the orders. For some reason, the company they choose to deliver the packages do a terrible job and we still have not received some of our orders for a month now. The one that we did receive had a very small label with very small text that the local delivery person complained they tried every one on the street until they found us. Tracking numbers never work, so we have no clue where our package is. Until this shipping issue is sorted out, I cannot recommend TeeSpring.

Tip for consumers:
Make sure you test that shipping is OK for the area where your audience lives, or you will damage your brand with paid orders that never get delivered.

I will admit that their design, ordering, shirt and delivery was great! But, the print quality was really poor.
I recently started a brand and I was looking around for print services. I ordered sample print shirts from from a few other online print shops, to test the quality, and Teesprings print quality was the lowest. The print was very thin and faded. I was thinking it was probably just a bad print sample at random but looking at some other comments, I guess its a regular issue. I hope they can fix whatever is going on at their print stations cause I do like their platform.

Ordered 3 times in two days as our group grew. Only one arrived so far and no communication regarding other two. Have not responded to a single customer service online form and no other communication available. Even liked my Facebook comment to this effect. Frankly I am not sure if just disorganized or just dont give a rats...

I have ordered from teespring before to get merch for one of my favorite youtubers. I decided to do it again for another youtuber that I follow because her designs are adorable. I placed an order for two hoodies. When I got my confirmation email, it was for only one hoodie. I checked my bank account because I knew I had ordered 2, and lo and behold I was charged for 2. When I went back to look for the other one, it said it had already met it's goal and I was not able to purchase it. I sent an email to them (that no one ever responded to) inquiring why, if I was only getting one hoodie, I was charged for both. I am not the happiest of campers at the fact that their customer service hasn't responded to me in almost two weeks. For a company that charged me almost $75 and are only delivering on half the products I ordered, one would think that I should at least get a response. I understand that Covid can affect things, but with a mistake like that, someone should still respond.

Do not order from this company. I ordered two shirts total $73! I finally received one of them only to find it was not as pictured on the website. The small flag shown on the right hand shoulder of the shirt was actually printed in the center of the shirt! After emailing back and forth, they agreed to "reprint" the shirt and sent a link for me to verify my information. The link was actually making me reorder and repay for a shirt! To this date, I haven't received my other shirt which was ordered Nov 23 and updated today, Dec 15 that it was delivered on Nov 27! 4 days? Not true!

I had ordered a pullover hoodie. I received a pullover crew. And there are discolorations and some of the coloring doesn't match up with the design. I'm still waiting on a response from them even though they said someone would contact me within 24 hrs. It's been longer then 24 with the first email.

The first two attempts to order appeared to fail: 502 Gateway error. The third one succeeded. Then my credit card called for fraud protection.

I emailed customer support. Although professional and friendly, the representative was unable or unwilling to do anything to assist. I was told that I had to individually check to confirm or cancel each order individually. Each item creates its own order. Therefore reviewing, managing, and tracking is extremely difficult, especially with 9 items ordered 3 times each.

I ordered samples of 4 products a month prior to a large convention to show and model to our events team. 2 of the products were sent to me in the next 10 days. The convention starts today, and yesterday I contacted customer service to request a cancellation and refund of the 3rd and 4th items since they have yet to arrive. Shortly after my request, I get a notification saying my item has shipped. It hasn't, just the shipping label has been printed. The item still isn't scheduled to arrive for another 5 days, well after the convention. The 4th item won't arrive for another 2 weeks. Customer service informed me that they can't cancel the order since it has been shipped. So I sent in a complaint and they moved production of my items to the front of the line to prevent a refund. No apology for the delay or inconvenience. They managed to lose a customer over something so simple. Refund the cost of the last 2 samples, or eat it. It's a sweatshirt and a t-shirt. Thousands of dollars of revenue lost because a customer service rep wouldn't process a refund. So dumb.

The terrible customer service is on top of the main issue which is production time. Why would it take a month to produce a single sample? All 4 items had the same graphic. 2 came out right away. Why did it take a cancellation to get the remaining items back in the queue, which is obviously what happened?

Tip for consumers:
Don't. There are plenty of alternatives. Spring has grown so large they don't feel the need to provide good customer service.

I ordered a Tournament Hoodie for my Husband for his birthday. It's winter. The hoodies was supposed to be red on Black. It's bright, neon orange on black. Our boat is red and white. It's too thin to wear alone. Very disappointed in the quality verses cost! In the photo on the left is one of our red jackets. On the right, is the tspring "red". He will hate it. Most likely not wear it.

Me and my friends ordered 4 shirts with the same design on it to wear together. All of them proved to have issues with the quality of the print on them, with mine flaking up to where the logo was practically indecipherable. Admittedly, the front logo was not nearly as bad as the back was but is useful to prove how terrible one load of the washer affected this shirt. This "comfort tee" has left me and my friends disappointed, especially considering what it could mean for the future of our merch store.

I ordered 2 tshirts for MS Awareness month (March) and the color print on the shirt should have been orange. It was mix between red and brown. It's now too late to reorder because it took 2 weeks to get these. The shirts also arrived with a very loud chemical smell.

Tip for consumers:
Make sure you if you need for special occasion you order in time to return due to colors being off.

I bought coffee cups with logos. The colors that appear in the ad are bright with sharp edges around the lettering. The cups arrived in a timely manner but were much smaller than I believed they should be. The colors were dull and all the edges including the lettering were slightly blurred. The best solution would be for Teespring to find a better quality vender for this product even if it cost a little more. Because to sell these cups at a lower price will not give the consumer a good feeling about buying anything else from Teespring.

I fully understand and even expected some delivery delay due to COVID 19 crisis...
But tomorrow will be a month... I still have not heard anything.
Initially I was told it might take two weeks tops...
They could have at least sent me an email...
I really dont even want it now... I would prefer my money back...
I cant even get ahold of anyone...

I ordered 5 shirts from them, all the same design, and they all have issues regarding the print quality. Quality not up to par - shirts I bought were sloppily printed and would never be sold in a store given such poor quality. Print was blurry and misaligned. Fabric was thin as well. Since there are hundreds of online T-shirt printers out there, why would I or anyone else give our business to a company that doesn't produce a good product?
